I have tried HighLevel and DashClicks blows it away! The platform is much easier to understand and the customer support is there for you within minutes, not days. So far we are very happy with DashClicks. Thanks Chad!

What do you like best about DashClicks?

the support was on point. Ryan deserves a raise.

What do you dislike about DashClicks?

I had upwards to 40 questions. The sales rep was good but didn't handle questions. I was gonna buy product anyway. I thought there was a onboarding which I was told I could bring my questions that was not the case. My questions are answered but over time and alot to do with Ryan helping.

I am still figuring it out.

If you are looking for a platform where everything is all together and provides you with an easy flow of activities. Takes some of your manual tasks and automates it for you. Timesaver.

Amazing tools available for agency owners, dashClicks is AMAZING!

What do you like best about DashClicks?

The amazing fulfilment centre and CRM which was easy to use with very good customer service

What do you dislike about DashClicks?

Sometimes it can be overwhelming and facilitating a free trial of the ads would be good.

What problems is DashClicks solving and how is that benefiting you?

Fulfilment side we were lacking in a proper service delivery centre but the guys at dashClick were able to identify the problem and bridge it with a solution that helped us scale our agency.

Professional and Responsive

What do you like best about DashClicks?

As a new agency owner DashClicks has really made the process simple. Before them I had to use tons of different platforms to get everything set for my clients.

What do you dislike about DashClicks?

Their all-in-one platform has taken a huge weight off my shoulders and allows me to focus more on customer satisfaction! I like how easy the system is to navigate and having access to the client web builders directly from one platform. Their "insta" series of products is a great way to get your foot in the door with clients as well.

Recommendations to others considering DashClicks?

Would like a 800 number to contact them instead of always relying on the live chat, but their live chat is also very responsive. Another thing I think would be beneficial is to offer the contracts for their services free of charge for their clients since it's in their benefit.

What problems is DashClicks solving and how is that benefiting you?

Take your time getting to know the platform and watch their youtube videos as often as possible. A lot of the questions other marketers ask are already in their videos.
