Cyfe is an easy to use platform, it allows us to visualize all the data of our company in a single dashboard in real time, so that a dashboard we can see all the analytics and statistics of our social networks, sales and everything related to our marketing.

It does not keep the historical information safe, so when we change any configuration of our social networks the data is deleted and reset, it needs a backup option, to avoid making a mistake and losing everything.

Cyfe is the best platform for tracking and monitoring our entire database, it increases and facilitates the productivity of the company, it allows us to share the dashboards with the advisors through a real time link.

We were looking for a software that focused on showing us all the information and the progress of the company in a single panel, we found Cyfe and it was very intuitive, we could easily create and customize a dashboard where we can see the monitoring of social networks and the goals of our sales.

With this analysis tool we have obtained an almost immediate and constant update with our clients through our social media platforms, which has kept us in contact simultaneously without any inconvenience. Its price is relatively low with respect to most programs that are available, in our license they offer us a refund if the monthly work does not meet the expected expectations. They have many integrations, although we can not see them directly, but looking well in depth we can find everything we need.

We need a mobile application, this means that we have to be all day in front of a portable device or web device interacting with Cyfe. Despite its large number of integrations it is always necessary to add more important ones as for example HubSpot is one of the marketing tools we use the most.

Cyfe can be used in any type of company, large or small. It is relatively easy to use and can be accessed and used by anyone without any knowledge. This software is perfect for marketing agencies like ours and seeks that each client or each user has the greatest possible economy when configuring and enhancing all their social networks and dashboards.

We have used this software as a way for analytics information to our clients and as a way for production in project form thanks to the monitoring we created from our dashboard to be able to share each link with our marketing department and with our clients.

The platform itself is great, easy to use and there are a lot of options on platforms to integrate into. API integration is also quite easy and there are lots of customizations available. We are big fans of CYFE and use it daily for our clients. The customer service is top notch as well. They're always willing to help out as well which is really great.

The only issue I have is when you create a new widget you have to scroll up and drag it down. That's a minor inconvenience though.

Lots of time management issues have been solved using CYFE. Specifically with clients. Benefits are saving time, all data in once place and easy to use for our clients along with secured logins and access control.

Cyfe is easily the most attractive and easy to use dashboard solution that I've tried, and I've tried all of the top ones that I could find. Super intuitive to set up and even easier to configure, BUT, the most powerful of them all because we can actually use it, and are encouraged to do so because of how well-designed the interface is. I ran into an issue during config that I needed urgent help with before a deadline presentation, and support got back to me with the solution within 15 minutes! Can't beat that.

I haven't encountered a downside with Cyfe, and the only issue I experienced was the lack of auto image-resizing in widgets that have embedded images.

It is good to see that cyfe adapts more and more to data formulas, so that many different work panels can be consulted, and that we can fully customize them. Cyfe shows us real-time statistics of each department we work with through a large number of online services. It is good to be able to filter the data according to certain personalized criteria.

The retrieval data is not automated enough. The platform does not bring online ad creation tools, so in order to work with them you must integrate services such as adwords. Another problem is that sometimes reports may take time depending on their size.

Cyfe is useful for working with customer service, and all types of sales processes in general. It also allows working with widgets through social networks such as twitter and facebook, these being very customizable. Basically it can be used to unify all the information of our metrics, whether they are obtained through landing web pages, content blogs, or even social networks. If what you want is to work with an organizational dashboard that is highly customizable, cyfe is the indicated service.

Cyfe has been helpful in unifying our information in a huge amount of external services. For example, Alexa, salesforce, gotowebinar, amazon, feedburner and Wordpress. With its system of sales models we have been able to work well to analyze large amounts of data, and we have been able to use it through tablets and desktops alike, given its good use deployment.

The ease of use, and the ability to use Google Docs to update our data.

We use the TV mode in our office and keep it running 24/7. A few times a week I have to reload the app on the Fire TV because it stops working.

We can display internal revenue and other data points in easy to visualize widgets.

We like its excellent implementation of web analytics, because it makes it much easier to create value strategies for social media. Cyfe likes us because it optimizes and shows all the information in a single screen, and because it has an extensive number of integrations with services of all kinds to better visualize their data collections, as in the case of MailChimp, quickbooks, shopify and paypal.

We do not like its integration with Google analytics, since the process of exporting databases from one platform to the other becomes complicated. The widgets that are added to the accounts are not very customizable (you can only place your name, the page that represents, and the way to present results). We do not like the slowness with which the platform connects to all the profiles associated with the mail of the company.

Cyfe is a recommended service for all types of companies, regardless of their size. It seems a good tool to review customer service cycles, and to save the information of our visualizations through charts and tables.

Cyfe has helped us a lot with marketing, and with the way we relate to the management of social media metrics. Its integrations help us track a large number of applications throughout the web, so our work has become more centralized. In addition, we can now monitor each department of the company separately.

Cyfe is an excellent reporting tool that is much more attractive and easy to read for your customers than Google Analytics or RavenTools. It keeps the entire report in a one-page panel, with the ability to scroll down to get more information. It is integrated with other softwares, shows the activity in social networks.

Changing the size of the widgets within the reports can be difficult. When you add a new widget, it adds it to the top of your current data, and you have to manually drag it to the place where you want to add it. Resizing sections often get stuck when you try to do precise work Resizing an inch is not a problem

We can show the work we do so easily for our clients so they can see what we are achieving for them. The way we do things is changing. All the different numbers and statistics of Facebook are incredible. Incredibly useful for us to see the pages grow, this makes our company grow through social networks, a very convenient way.
