With this analysis tool we have obtained an almost immediate and constant update with our clients through our social media platforms, which has kept us in contact simultaneously without any inconvenience. Its price is relatively low with respect to most programs that are available, in our license they offer us a refund if the monthly work does not meet the expected expectations. They have many integrations, although we can not see them directly, but looking well in depth we can find everything we need.
We need a mobile application, this means that we have to be all day in front of a portable device or web device interacting with Cyfe. Despite its large number of integrations it is always necessary to add more important ones as for example HubSpot is one of the marketing tools we use the most.
Cyfe can be used in any type of company, large or small. It is relatively easy to use and can be accessed and used by anyone without any knowledge. This software is perfect for marketing agencies like ours and seeks that each client or each user has the greatest possible economy when configuring and enhancing all their social networks and dashboards.
We have used this software as a way for analytics information to our clients and as a way for production in project form thanks to the monitoring we created from our dashboard to be able to share each link with our marketing department and with our clients.
The platform itself is great, easy to use and there are a lot of options on platforms to integrate into. API integration is also quite easy and there are lots of customizations available. We are big fans of CYFE and use it daily for our clients. The customer service is top notch as well. They're always willing to help out as well which is really great.
The only issue I have is when you create a new widget you have to scroll up and drag it down. That's a minor inconvenience though.
Lots of time management issues have been solved using CYFE. Specifically with clients. Benefits are saving time, all data in once place and easy to use for our clients along with secured logins and access control.
Cyfe is easily the most attractive and easy to use dashboard solution that I've tried, and I've tried all of the top ones that I could find. Super intuitive to set up and even easier to configure, BUT, the most powerful of them all because we can actually use it, and are encouraged to do so because of how well-designed the interface is. I ran into an issue during config that I needed urgent help with before a deadline presentation, and support got back to me with the solution within 15 minutes! Can't beat that.
I haven't encountered a downside with Cyfe, and the only issue I experienced was the lack of auto image-resizing in widgets that have embedded images.

Cyfe has been helpful in unifying our information in a huge amount of external services. For example, Alexa, salesforce, gotowebinar, amazon, feedburner and Wordpress. With its system of sales models we have been able to work well to analyze large amounts of data, and we have been able to use it through tablets and desktops alike, given its good use deployment.

Cyfe likes us because it optimizes and shows all the information in a single screen, and because it has an extensive number of integrations with services of all kinds to better visualize their data collections, as in the case of MailChimp, quickbooks, shopify and paypal.
We do not like its integration with Google analytics, since the process of exporting databases from one platform to the other becomes complicated. The widgets that are added to the accounts are not very customizable (you can only place your name, the page that represents, and the way to present results). We do not like the slowness with which the platform connects to all the profiles associated with the mail of the company.
Cyfe is a recommended service for all types of companies, regardless of their size. It seems a good tool to review customer service cycles, and to save the information of our visualizations through charts and tables.

Cyfe is an excellent reporting tool that is much more attractive and easy to read for your customers than Google Analytics or RavenTools. It keeps the entire report in a one-page panel, with the ability to scroll down to get more information. It is integrated with other softwares, shows the activity in social networks.
Changing the size of the widgets within the reports can be difficult. When you add a new widget, it adds it to the top of your current data, and you have to manually drag it to the place where you want to add it.
