A good platform to capture CX, options to add filters and customise survey.
What do you like best about CustomerSure?
Flexibility. Can customise on multiple levels. A shout out to the Customer support team, Luke and Darren, for being so helpful.
What do you dislike about CustomerSure?
Dashboard can improve, can be more intuitive and easy to comprehend.
What problems is CustomerSure solving and how is that benefiting you?
We capture CSAT and NPS which is very essential for past experience feedback and forward looking projection as well. It also gives us a consolidated pain points of customer which the CX team then can use to improve the internals process leading to better CX.

Fabulous Customer support and easy to use platform.
What do you like best about CustomerSure?
The platform is easy to use and has a good range of reporting functions, we use it on a regular basis and it's use is being extended throughout the business.
What do you dislike about CustomerSure?
The support from the CustomerSure Team, Darren Wake (our Account Manager) in particular, has been outstanding.
Recommendations to others considering CustomerSure?
There is nothing to dislike, any minor issues we may have encountered have been swiftly addressed.
What problems is CustomerSure solving and how is that benefiting you?
CustomerSure is providing an easy-to-use platform through which we survey participants of closed projects. This helps us capture performance feedback which we can then use to improve our processes and share positive comments with our Teams.

Flexible software and great service at a good price
What do you like best about CustomerSure?
The software is easy to use and the CustomerSure team are responsive to our needs, both functionality related and supporting how we make the most from our feedback programme.
What do you dislike about CustomerSure?
I'm struggling to think of anything.....
What problems is CustomerSure solving and how is that benefiting you?
Providing customers with a channel to provide unabridged feedback that enables us to improve. Improve tactically for individual customers to resolve immediate challenges as well as looking at the bigger picture for themes that enable us to improve the experience for all customers.

Simple intuitive system
What do you like best about CustomerSure?
We don't really intereact much with them directly as the system just rolls....they engage with our social posts which helps.
What do you dislike about CustomerSure?
Probably more functianality than we really need.
What problems is CustomerSure solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem of getting real feedback from customers. The automated process of being able to gather feedback is helpful.

Great platform with some complicated features.
What do you like best about CustomerSure?
I like that you are now able to filter customer feedback based on its negative, neutral, or positive score.
What do you dislike about CustomerSure?
The platform is slower since it's been updated. Some actions have been made more complicated and time-consuming, such as creating a case from a survey.
What problems is CustomerSure solving and how is that benefiting you?
So far, it has been the best platform for staying on top of customer surveys.
