What do you like best about CustomerCount?
What stood out most was how intuitive and actionable the platform was. It does not just collect feedback; it helps you actually use it. The dashboards are clean, easy to navigate, and built for real operators, not just analysts. Our team was able to adopt it quickly without a steep learning curve, which is critical when managing multiple priorities & properties and maintaining consistency.

Recommendations to others considering CustomerCount?
The reporting is especially strong. It focuses on the insights that matter, such as satisfaction trends, service gaps, and opportunities for improvement. I also appreciate how it supports accountability across teams by making feedback visible and easy to act on.
What problems is CustomerCount solving and how is that benefiting you?
There is nothing to dislike. It exceeded our expectations; if anything, teams accustomed to highly complex, heavily customized platforms may initially expect more configuration layers. However, what might feel like a limitation to some at first is a strength. The simplicity keeps everyone focused on insights and action rather than getting lost in setup and typical over-engineering.

CustomerCount gives us the opportunity to see data and measure users' activity retroactively. This is super cool.

Nothing. This product has all the features which matter the most.

What i like best about CustomerCount is the pure visual front-end which makes it extremely easy to get instant feedback from our clients. The user interface of CustomerCount is simple and easy.

To be sincere, i haven't faced any challenges while using CustomerCount. I highly recommend it.

Customer Count has allowed our organization to excel in not only receiving customer feedback but applying that feedback for the betterment of the customer experience with Breckenridge Grand Vacations.

We don't use it to its full potential. Our company uses it to take the pulse of our target markets as well as measuring satisfaction among our clients.
