They continuously improve the app based on customer feedback. It is better if they could enhance device support and simplify.

AG Cumulocity IoT does solve problems there are areas that I find less than ideal. it hard to monitor and respond quickly to events. Security and data protection are aspects for strengthening measures.

It provides functionalities that empower to effectively manage and control their remote assets. Whether it's houses, cars, machines, or any other assets, It provides a powerful and intuitive platform for monitoring, optimizing, and maximizing their performance.

AG continuously Iot works to enhance its products based on customer feedback. Therefore in my case, I found Complexity for Beginners and Customization Limitations, which i really disliked.

Its a best tool for projects requiring IOT implementation. Its easy to operate and can be easily scaled up for achieving better results such as reporting.

Used Cumulocity platform in leveraging IOT capabilities across Hotel industry and implementing BlueCloud Platform in managing Locks(Cores) matching along with Doors using registration keys and credentials which are stored under PACS system (3rd party System) and also managing access Controls based on different roles

What I like best is that it allows you to integrate all apps and integrations into one place. I enjoy the aspect of accessing my apps and integration all in one location.

What I dislike about the app is always the risk of security online. However, this hasn't been a problem. The app does a great job in keeping things secure and allowing convenience of work.

The problems it is solving as well as the benefit it is for me is that I don't have to search around for apps that enhance my workflow. This app keeps everything altogether.

IoT helps in terms of working in a nische skill with proper data and it helps people to get work smarter than working hard

It is not accessible to everyone since learning cost is very high only some of the product is companies and before companies will use it.

I really liked the support for working with many devices via remote access. Of course, there are some limitations, for example, if some function does not work with remote access from the device itself, then Cumulocity IoT will not work with it either. But this is a disadvantage of the device, not the platform.

It would be great to increase the number of supported devices. There is also a lack of a lightweight version of the interface, because you can get confused in the number of settings. Some of the settings are not quite obvious in their usefulness.

I recommend trying the trial version first, so that the functionality and capabilities of the platform are clear.

We needed a stable platform for remote control of multiple devices. First of all, this is working with the smart home system.

I wanted to control the devices using only a smartphone, without complicated body movements.
