What do you like best about Goodays (ex Critizr)?

The user interface is really simple to use and user friendly. Relationship with the team are both pleasant and really efficient. The solution is easy to implement. It quickly create a real discussion with the customers.

What do you dislike about Goodays (ex Critizr)?

… i am afraid there is not much to dislike.

What problems is Goodays (ex Critizr) solving and how is that benefiting you?

We learn a lot about our Customer expectations, about what they like or dislike. We can find a solution to a problem that a customer face when he was in store.

The Critiz'r solution help us to spread easily Customer feed back to the staff and to orientate everyone on Customer centricity.

What do you like best about Goodays (ex Critizr)?

Critizr is very easy to use, the support team is available and responsive.

In addition, thanks to its intuitive and practical back office, our operational teams quickly took over the solution. Barely a few months after it was set up, they had completely adopted it!

What do you dislike about Goodays (ex Critizr)?

I have no criticism to make on the Critizr tool. When we encounter a problem, the support team is mobilized to bring us the solution as soon as possible so I am very satisfied.

What problems is Goodays (ex Critizr) solving and how is that benefiting you?

In our business, we need to open a permanent dialogue with our customers; Critizr has responded to this problem.

In addition, this tool allows us to take the daily temperature of our network, to know our strengths and especially our weaknesses in order to implement actions that will further improve the quality of our services.

Finally, it is very motivating for our operational teams to see the many positive reviews from their customers; it's a real booster of efficiency in everyday life!
