Making edits or adjustments to courses after they’re live can require extra steps, and certain admin tasks don’t feel as streamlined as they could be. It handles the essentials well, but stronger advanced customization options and more flexibility would make the platform even better.

I love this software. I get very busy with the lectures during the day and previously had to devote most of my time to registration. But I don't need to do that anymore because Course Storm has eased my workload significantly. Thanks to this application, I can prepare my class information, update my class list, access my class 24/7, follow my students, and stay in touch with them via e-mails.

I haven't seen anything missing so far, but I would'nt say no to new updates.

Let's say I ran into a problem, I immediately contact great customer service and I can solve my problem as quickly as possible. Course Storm is also very user-friendly, simple and straightforward. Another nice thing is that the price is reasonable and I can say that there are various payment options. This situation undoubtedly helps increase the demand of students.

Easy to use and set up classes. Logical. Easy and convenient for customer to use as well. They can browse, pay and "sign" waivers all in the platform. Also like that I can email students directly from the platform.

Not as many page customization options as I would like.

CourseStorm is always looking to add new services and features that are requested by their customers. They also have top notch customer service.

I do not like that there is not currently a "cart feature" for students to enroll in multiple classes at once. This does make enrollment take longer than other registration software that is available.

You will feel like a valued customer when using this program. The customer service is top notch and the employees are eager to provide customers with tools to fit their needs.

I now have a reliable program to enroll students in life-long learning opportunities. Students have commented on how easy it is to enroll in and pay for courses now.
