Nice that it uploads the invoice!
What do you like best about Cortex EDI Cloud Services?
That it uploads the invoices instead of having to reenter.
What do you dislike about Cortex EDI Cloud Services?
I find it a little hard to make changes to invoices.

Very easy program.

I like how all of the EOBs that come through on Cortex are all formatted in the same way, and that they're all very easy to read.

Could use better costumer service reps
What do you like best about Cortex EDI Cloud Services?
I love that the interface is user friendly. You can input clients, insurances and doctors with ease. The billing platform is really what made me overlook other issues with the company. You can bill up to 6 lines per client without having to submit a line come back and redo the same information...etc.
What do you dislike about Cortex EDI Cloud Services?
I believe they need to give a whole new in-service to their customer service department because information does not seem to be common knowledge between different reps. Like we are paying you to use your platform but yet every information we ask about takes a long time for someone to get back to us. The whole process about calling leaving a message and then wait and wait till a rep calls is very tedious. I mean we are in 2018 not 1997. I believe any company should be able to have live representatives to answer your questions.
