Flexibly, the system doesn't needs any additional permissions or licenses to make any changes to the Application workflows, Forms etc. It gives a huge benefit comparing to other EHS platforms for which most of them need additional permissions/licenses to start making changes.

UI, UI is the major drawback i felt. The UI is not really looking good. Even though the Cority/Medgate offers various default themes in it.

Tracking the safety events happening across the organization, this helps the organization to act on any safety risks soo quickly and make the organizations employee works safer.

MyCority is easy to use, allows users to enter in data and capture images.

Bug fixes not consistant across platorms. Update are sometimes just for platfrom rather than both MyCority and Platform.

Helps connect to field straff.

User Friendly,streamlined user interface, great customer support.

The only thing I've found that could use some improvement is integration with other EHS systems when switching over.

The platform has made onboarding significantly easier.

Cority does a great job of separating its core application logic from our business logic. We're not locked into workflows that don't meet our business needs. We're able to replicate business processes and workflows through business rules and business rule actions.

Cority does not handle images particularly well. In the safety domain, pictures really can be worth a thousand words. As we rely on end user submission of images, having the ability to classify and distribute images allows not only for greater learning opportunities, but greater acceptance of our safety platform by our employees.

We're currently experimenting with a "smart" QR code that populates form data based on URI query parameters. This will allow the end user to scan a QR code with location-specific data; this data is then used to autofill field on the form, increasing the overall UI/UX for the end user.

The fact that it is built and maintained by EHS professionals who understand the needs of clients.

There's been a bit too much staff turnover the past few years and we haven't had a consistent account manager. Also, when it comes to costs everything is in US funds. With the expanse of Cority into other countries, especially Canada, it should be more in tune to the needs of clients.

The Cority platform helps me and my organization manage injury and illness information and help us focus our efforts on high priority issues within the company. It also allows us to manage and track compliance with regulatory requirements in particular in relation to health surveillance.

Customer Service is the best. They are very responsive and thorough. Cority is willing to work with you on solutions beyond current capabilities.

Differing priorities from other customers slow progress. Cority tries to strike a balance between competing priorities.

COVID-19 vaccine and serial testing compliance is our biggest issue. Working with Cority benefits other institutions as we have mutual interests.

Cority is an easy-to-use platform for uploading and updating your vaccine records. Attaching images is easy, and the process is very intuitive.

There aren't any functional issues with Cority; it's very straightforward to use.

Our company utilizes Cority so that employees can upload their COVID-19 vaccine records. This allows the company to know who is vaccinated and who isn't so they know what procedures each employee is to follow when they come into the office.

The company is very responsive to the needs of its customers. For those of Cority hosted, the updates done three times a year are directly impacted by what we have told them we need. I have seen seversl updates tat were a direct response to issues I experienced which continually make the product better. The ability to customize the program to our own needs means that we also can often find work arounds that meet our needs even when the program doesn't actually have the feature we want.

While the continued development and growth of the app is excellent, unless you have a full-time IT person dedicated to implementation, it can be challenging to keep up with all the additions. When we do experience problems like bugs, the response is quick, but the helpdesk staff doesn't always grasp the issue, which can lead to longer resolution times.

Using one system for our safety, disability, and occupational health needs has allowed for significantly less work to reconcile information. The ability to tailor the system to our specific needs has led to more valuable and thorough incident reporting, which has resulted in an overall reduction in incidents and severity levels. In addition to that, our reporting has been simplified and it is significantly easier to equate data from all three areas.
