It is more than a simple tool to sign and store your contract. While we are new to Contractbook, it is already helping to bring speed to our process. The implementation and support has exceeded our expectations.

The formatting of the exported PDFs can sometimes be misaligned when exporting tables but I understand the team are working to rectify this and are incredibly patient and on-hand to assist with recitfying this.

As a Senior Bi Consultant I find the "automations" funcion, and the self service tools most beneficial. They allow me to use CB not only as a digital siganutre platform, but also as an integrated solution of other business processes, both internal and external.
As an IT/BI user, I genuinly don't dislike anything. I could however imagine that users who are not IT/BI knowledgeable would not utilize CB to it's full potential.
1. Generating employment contracts through Forms, thus streamlining the contract while also automating a process which otherwise would be manual.
2. Integrated into our agreement sheet process, ensuring a smooth and streamlined process for ensuring signatures on additional cost, thereby minimizing risk of judicial disagreements between us and our customers.
