Contractbook has helped me greatly save time when it comes to building and sending out contracts. Their strong integrations has helped me tremendously to save time and remember all my deadlines. I use contractbook on a monthly basis to send out contracts to both customers and. Customer support has been of great help and I was very satisfied with the 10 hours included implementation hours

I have not yet found something I dislike about contractbook, but it could be of help if there was more templates

Contractbook has helped me make sure i have the correct verification on the customers side when I receive the documents signed.

It is more than a simple tool to sign and store your contract. While we are new to Contractbook, it is already helping to bring speed to our process. The implementation and support has exceeded our expectations.

You need to be dedicated to using it in your processes. It is 100% worth the effort.

Most of our contracts are standard with variable components and services. Contractbook allows us to add appropriate vetted clauses to our vetted master agreement quickly.

Morgan and Andreas have been absolutely fantastic and incredibly responsive! Our project was by no means straigthforward and having their technical expertise has been incredibly helpful. Their customer service manner is also fantastic, and both are an absolute credit to the company, especially Morgan who has had to deal with lots of varying queries!

The formatting of the exported PDFs can sometimes be misaligned when exporting tables but I understand the team are working to rectify this and are incredibly patient and on-hand to assist with recitfying this.

Being able to rapidly produce multiple contracts at once with minimal effort.

We love our implementation specialist, Morgan Smith. She has gone above and beyond for us. She is professional and creative.

We did run into a speed bump regarding automating a workflow we need but Morgan is working hard on a solution!

As a Senior Bi Consultant I find the "automations" funcion, and the self service tools most beneficial. They allow me to use CB not only as a digital siganutre platform, but also as an integrated solution of other business processes, both internal and external.

As an IT/BI user, I genuinly don't dislike anything. I could however imagine that users who are not IT/BI knowledgeable would not utilize CB to it's full potential.

1. Generating employment contracts through Forms, thus streamlining the contract while also automating a process which otherwise would be manual.

2. Integrated into our agreement sheet process, ensuring a smooth and streamlined process for ensuring signatures on additional cost, thereby minimizing risk of judicial disagreements between us and our customers.

3. Used as base system for generating and renewing important and critical certificates, of internal employees, on which the organisation critically rely on.

Easy to share with legal counsel & those outside of the organization for input, as well as only allowing specific elements to be edited.

Would be great if there was a red-line version to track edits and changes on some larger contracts.

Clearing out inbox drafts of contracts when contracts need to be reviewed externally.
