Revolutionized Our Contract Management Overnight

What do you like best about Contractbook?I like the ease of use of Contractbook. I was able to quickly adapt and configure the software to suit our needs. It really adapts to how we want to use it, allowing the software to work for us. I also appreciate the excellent customer service. Simon Fox, our sales rep, and Tim Benthem, our Customer Success Manager, were great from start to finish. Contractbook has significantly sped up the process of creating contracts, taking what used to be a 30-45 minute task and shaving it down to minutes by automating contract creation through our CRM, Pipedrive. The initial setup was very easy; I was able to configure the platform and train our sales team within a couple of weeks.What do you dislike about Contractbook?Nothing to Highlight!What problems is Contractbook solving and how is that benefiting you?I use Contractbook for automating our contract creation, cutting down a 30-45 minute process to just minutes. It's easy to adapt and configure to our needs, which really lets it work for us. The customer service is also excellent.

Accounting firm finally fixing their contracts

Helped us reduce the amount of contracts we back and forward by 100%. As an accounting firm we produce a lot of internal documentation but also documentation for our clients.

With a little bit of help with the automation builder we were able to automate almost all of our flows, from signup, up to emloyment contracts for our clients. We also have once client buying a car using Contractbook.

The platform is still growing and the team keeps adding useful funcionalities and fixing odd issues quickly.

Excellent interface and great overview

Excellent interface, easy signing. Thanks to templates, this tool is fantastic for handling common agreements. What I love the most is the neat overview of upcoming client renewals, allowing me to spot potential extra revenue.

What do you like best about Contractbook?

It is more than a simple tool to sign and store your contract. While we are new to Contractbook, it is already helping to bring speed to our process. The implementation and support has exceeded our expectations.

What do you dislike about Contractbook?

You need to be dedicated to using it in your processes. It is 100% worth the effort.

What problems is Contractbook solving and how is that benefiting you?

Most of our contracts are standard with variable components and services. Contractbook allows us to add appropriate vetted clauses to our vetted master agreement quickly.

"The Product and Customer Service Was Fantastic!"

What do you like best about Contractbook?

Morgan and Andreas have been absolutely fantastic and incredibly responsive! Our project was by no means straigthforward and having their technical expertise has been incredibly helpful. Their customer service manner is also fantastic, and both are an absolute credit to the company, especially Morgan who has had to deal with lots of varying queries!

What do you dislike about Contractbook?

The formatting of the exported PDFs can sometimes be misaligned when exporting tables but I understand the team are working to rectify this and are incredibly patient and on-hand to assist with recitfying this.

What problems is Contractbook solving and how is that benefiting you?

Being able to rapidly produce multiple contracts at once with minimal effort.

We love our implementation specialist, Morgan Smith. She has gone above and beyond for us. She is professional and creative.

We did run into a speed bump regarding automating a workflow we need but Morgan is working hard on a solution!

Contracts living in multiple places. Not having a place for folks to generate contracts on our paper.
