Our experience has been positive so far. The system is easy for HR/managers to use. The system has reduced the time spent by those involved in the bonus planning or market adjustment process. It's helped eliminate the potential for errors from sending around spreadsheets. The system is easy to use and our team at HRS is great to work with.
We have some challenges with our hierarchy, but we've been able to work around
The system has helped us eliminate sending spreadsheets out to HR leaders and then having the HR leaders divide those spreadsheets up even more and send them to managers. It helps eliminate errors such as ID numbers getting messed up or not compiling everyone back on to a master spreadsheet and missing people.
The customer service was excellent and appreciated.
Reporting feature was cumbersome, not intuitive.
Simplifying merit process.
COMPview is a simple and user friendly. The customizeable aspects make this product a solid choice.
I can't think of anything to dislike. I honestly find it to be useful for our needs.
COMPview has made comp planning easy for our planners and has made tracking our data easy for admins.
We have implemented multiple systems in the last 5 year and this system was by far the easiest process we experienced. From the Implementation team, to system configuration, this was the best implemetation and we were impressed with the level of service we had from HR Soft. The integration from our current HRIS to HR Soft was seamless and has made that management of employee data very simple. We use this for our quarterly reviews, so it has removed the manual prcoess we used to perform
We have not found anything in the system we do not like. We were able to program the system to our needs and our Management team loves the new system and has said it was so much easier than our previous process.
We used to manually create excel merit workbooks for each Director and above and in some quarters, that could be over 30+ workbooks. All changes to employee data had to be manually done and resent out. By partnering with HR Soft, we have been able to eliminate the manual process and made the process seamless for our Management staff.
This system helps keep track of budget spend, it is user-friendly and customizable.
It can be more predictive in terms of pay for performance analysis
This system helps us in our merit and bonus planning globally with an eye on spend against budget.
One of the best features of COMPview is th budget view. We can monitor budget consumption in real-time and in one currency, which is of great help considering we have employees worldwide and being paid in their local currency.
The least helpful feature is the Dashboard view. Seems like managers are only looking at the planning screen and Homepage. So far we have not been able to stress its importance with our managers
COMPview has helped us optimize our Salary Review Process, have budget management and eliminate Excel files.
The system is configurable based on our company's needs with multiple currencies, different program rules, eligibility and various incentive programs. It was also easy for our managers and HR teams to use and submit their compensation recommendations.
The HRSoft project/engagement team completes the majority of the configuration. While they are undoubtedly amazing to work with, learning along the way and internally managing the tool for any configuration changes is more challenging.
HRSoft manages our annual compensation processes, including merit, incentive payments and stock allocation. It provides real-time updates and visibility to all managers in the hierarchy and the HR Business Partners who assist in the processes.
No more spreadsheets!!! HRSoft offers direct access to a support network of professionals who know your comp modeling just as well as you do - because they help you build it. Quick response times even when something pops up "after hours". HRSoft continues to push forward with new products that continue to make comp cycles easier.
More training earlier in the relationship would have been helpful in self-administering the comp cycle activities.
Take the leap! The continued support and adaptability of COMPview to your needs is outstanding. This is not an "out of the box" product.
Integrating comp cycle activities within one tool helped eradicate pesky spreadsheets that would crash with use year-over-year. COMPview is faster, easy, and quicker to administer a comp cycle. With the new low-code environment it is easier than ever to take on self-administration.
The ease of the system allowed us to do our planning and delivered Annual Compensation Statements to all of participants. The system was very flexible for our very custom approach to compensation.
At this point we do not have any pain points that were not either corrected or addressed.

COMPview is very user-friendly! When I began my career I had very minimal experience with a compensation planning system and with the assistance of our HRSoft team I was able to learn the system fairly quickly. COMPview facilitates all our yearly comp processes and makes Q1 a lot more manageable. With the amount of features offered, we can tailor the system to make our compensation cycles run smoothly.
From my perspective, the system allows us to do all key aspects of the comp cycles. There are essentially no complaints I have from a systems perspective
COMPview allows us to have a system where we have all of our Comp data as well as do our calculations.
