It is truly amazing the speed difference between spinning disks and flash. Dell's support is always on point. Dell always answers the phone and are always willing to help. Dell has much less finger pointing than other companies.

They do need to revamp their paid training. Dell did cover the steps to create everything in the storage as a sandbox; however, there was never any information on vSphere integration. Of course, in a real enviroment this is where you will spend most of your time.

Dell is a market leader in the space. You cannot go wrong with their storage, technology, integration, and support. Could not be happier with the purchase.

Boot times for servers and desktops are significantly faster. Failed drives are essentially a problem of the past. With Dell's flash the footprint is drastically decreased by the hardware and the deduplication. Power consumption is much lower.

The arrays were easy to set up and have been very easy to maintain.

The all flash array is providing OS and database storage to quick operations in Tier 1 systems. These are much faster than the traditional spinning disk SANS we were using previously. Backups of these systems are markedly quicker than before as well.
