Honest company

I’m not a person to leave reviews, but I had to leave a review concerning this issue. I lost my account completely due to me switching phones from android to Apple. It was a complete disaster but through multiple emails with very quick responses to my emails over multiple days and odd hours of the night and even at 3:30 in the morning California time on a Saturday I had a response within minutes! Coinbase customer service helped me through the entire process and stuck with me through multiple emails. They could’ve ghosted me at any time, and I could’ve lost my account forever!! Coinbase customer service helped me through the entire process and I got my account back and I couldn’t be happier. I thought it was lost for sure! I had to leave this review because I’ve read so many negative reviews about Coinbase taking peoples accounts and ghosting people, but thats very untrue. They’re very trustworthy and caring company that truly takes care of their customers. Thanks, Coinbase.
