I like that it has questions per topic such as java, C# etc and you could also create your own. I really like the question randomizer and it could adjust the weight for each question.

It is not really a dislike but an improvement, I hope that we could adjust the weight of the question on a certain percentage we like instead of low, medium, high

The Codility assessment and tool is being used by many of my hiring managers. They love it and utilized especially for technical roles. It is easy to set-up and easy to navigate through and have potential technically interview.

There are some confusion in understanding the different types of assessments: White Board, Templates, etc..

The review tool is usefull, we can see how users think and answer, we can see if they cheated.

The price is expensive when you use it only for few tests by month, it would be nice to adapt the price when company don't need a lot of tests

We use it to recruit developers with technical tests, it saves us time to see technical skills of candidates.

The only downside is the fact that people publish the results onto their personal github accounts, so it's easy use for someone to cheat on the tests.

I think there could be a simpler way of using the code live function also.

The various interfaces for codility make it simple to test an interview candidate, whether it is through scratchpad coding or structure problem solving. It is easy to create a sandbox and invite someone with no prior knowledge of the platform.

It is usually organization-wide, meaning when looking at existing interview sets you will likey have to sort through many to get to ones related your specific business unit or team.

In order to test the candidate, there must be a platform which is easy to access for both interviewer/interviewee that can provide visibility of problems to solve. In my experience, both parties are able to participate and solve/discuss technical questions during an interview

I really like the Code Live feature to do live coding during interviews.

Sometimes when upgrades are made I struggle to use the latest changes but i have always have great support from the codility team.

Codility offers a variety of programming languages to choose from. The UI is very user-friendly to use.

The reporting tab can be enhanced a little, to show the results in a pictorial format
