The dashboard is clear and it's easy to see the progress and details of individual mailboxes within your migration projects.

I would prefer the data transfer to be faster, although this is a common theme among all mailbox migration tools out there.

It is simplifying the task of migrating mailbox data between Microsoft 365 tenants.

Did exactly what it claimed it would, migrated from legacy IMAP server to M365, and did it without pain or problems. Not my first migration, but by FAR the easiest and fewest problems.

Some minor UI quibbles, but honestly nothing important.

Needed to move company off of Roundcube legacy IMAP system to Microsoft 365 and Exchange. Without losing any of their MANY emails. (One user had >120,000 items in their mailbox! They never delete ANYthing.

I have personally tried multiple methods for Office 365 migrations, along with multiple third-party solutions. Code Two Office 365 Migration is by far the best of breed. It is intuitive, feature-rich, user-friendly and very reliable. The cost is reasonable too - especially given the volume given the number of migration options. I am also very impressed with the Support offered by this company. We are always able to reach support over the telephone, and when they promise to deliver on something, they do just that. I cannot recommend this product enough.

There is nothing I dislike about this product.

Microsofts Office 365 Migration Tool is very basic and the reporting functionality sparse. Code Two gives us more advanced reporting, enabling us to quickly and easily troubleshoot mailbox migration errors.

Overall, my experience with CodeTwo Tool is great. The pricing for the code two tool is cheap compared to other migration tools is present in the market. Ease of use and smooth process to migrate the mailbox across the tenant.

we haven't faced any issues with the tool. But one improvement is the GUI can be a bit better

The interface is easy and user-friendly. Lots of features are integrated. User guide, walkthrough and Manuals are well documented and really useful. If not enough, support will help (reply within a few hours in my case).

verbose logs could be useful; however, the answer from support is more efficient than a log analyze in my case

Migrating on Prem exchange. I just went to configure permissions and after that i just run migration job on the fly. Without any issue.

We have already carried out several email migrations to the cloud. The first migrations were hybrid environments or an import into the cloud using a PST file. Since 2019, we have carried out all transitions with CodeTwo Office 365 Migration. Almost all migrations have gone absolutely smoothly. Only in 3 migrations did minor problems arise that could be solved by CodeTwo support. In at least 2 cases, it was our own fault. At this point, let it be said, RTFM.

What I also find good:

CodeTwo installs on a server or workstation to perform the migration. This is what makes it the ideal choice for performing an on-premise Exchange to Microsoft 365 migration. There is less Internet traffic involved and only one remote host (Microsoft’s servers) involved.

Pricing for CodeTwo is very favourable, particularly if a large number of mailboxes are involved. The pricing is tiered and continues to decrease starting at 10 mailboxes. If you’re migrating a large (greater than 30 GB) public folder database, CodeTwo is the hands-down choice over MigrationWiz from a cost perspective. CodeTwo uses 25 mailbox licenses for public folders, regardless of the size. MigrationWiz charges for every 10 GB of public folder space being migrated.

The CodeTwo migration does not migrate on-premise Archive mailboxes. This could be a major problem if you've got a lot of Archive mailboxes on your Exchange server. We also found that we needed to run the initial migrations a few times because one side or the other would get overloaded and that would generate hundreds or thousands of errors. This was particularly prevalent while we were migrating hundreds of gigabytes of public folders. Fortunately, re-running the migrations was quick and resolved almost all of the errors. The only errors that remained to the end were actual corrupt messages, amounting to an insignificant number of errors at the end (maybe a handful out of millions of messages successfully migrated).
