I like how intuitive the system is. There is no need for an expanded guide although the youtube videos are helpful

I do not like that there is not an easy way to use LibreOffice instead of Microsoft excel. This limits users who do not have a Microsoft office subscription.

Make sure you have an active license for Microsoft office

I do not have any problems right now. The benefit is I can update the database of books we have from home and email them to the library to upload in the business building.

1st thing I have to say the best customer support I got, helped in solving my quires just in minutes of time. I remember the CRM Debolina Das, thank you for all your help in solving my quires. The best parts that were included in this software are Customer support, Invoicing feature, report generation, and OPAC. customization is available.The reporting feature is good

What is great about CodeAchi Library Management system is that it is easy to use. I like that I can add my own features, add what data I think is important, as well as organized it how I like. This program is versatile! I am not tech savvy and CodeAchi is extremely user friendly. I also like the many videos they have provided. I love the library card feature.This system is also affordable. We are a small country school, we do not have a budget for expensive Library systems. I am very pleased with CodeAchi Library system.

The ISBN feature is great but it does not recognize many of the books ISBN#s in our Library. I go to google books to find the cover picture of a book. I also wish, that when you use CodeAchi look up/ search for a book in the Library system, the cover picture does not show up with the search. I still add the cover of the books into the system in hopes that CodeAchi will update their system and add this feature to result feature of the books.

The organization is WONDERFUL. I LOVE the shelf feature. It is something I did not have before with Destiny Folett. Easy to use.

We applied for NAAC and as per the guideline we were required a library management software that having barcode facility. This software did more than that, our library now is always a happy place.

Easy to use, free support available, training is free and available of ask. We got this software at the time of year ending so we never faced issue with price either.

No Mobile application, Some error is there during use but not much. Need bulk import option for books, like importing books from excel sheet.

The software is great for the schools, We are extremely happy customer of the product.

Our library was full of manual task which was time consuming. With Codeachi software our problem was resolved.
