Online Project Management That Streamlines Customer Communication

What do you like best about CoConstruct?

I like that CoConstruct is online. It's helpful at it allows project management to program efficiently. Communication with customers without being on-site, selections is product, choices in paint color, when a sub contractor is going to be on site. So fine without needing to be physically with the customer.

What do you dislike about CoConstruct?

There a bit of a learning curve to it. There is training which is seeding. But there is multiple ways to do the same things, not not always shown in a report if not done the particular way it needed.

What problems is CoConstruct solving and how is that benefiting you?

It's solving particularly the need to be on site with a customer to deal with any issues that might arise any questions that might arise. Or anything else that might come along. Save the person from having to go to a physical job site which is efficient when you need to deal with five or six at a time.

CoConstruct is the best that we've seen…

CoConstruct is the best that we've seen out there in terms of communicating with clients we've gone through demos of 7 other programs. So much of what it does that seems simple just doesn't exist in other systems. Purchased by Buildertrend the future is unknown but we've not been convinced that anything out there is better so we'll stay as long as we can.

Great customer service skills

Kevin, Debbie, and Brandon always give excellent customer service. Patient, knowledgeable, and prompt to respond. They go the extra mile to answer any questions that I have at the time. Kevin is extremely helpful by providing videos for training with step by step instructions!

The budgeting tool relieves my anxiety over money because I can clearly see where I am at on every job.
