This service is straightforward and operates efficiently. In the past, we relied on our ISP, which only updated once every hour. Now, updates happen in minutes. Additionally, they offer useful tools to monitor and observe the propagation of any changes.

As with many products nowadays, there are additional add-ons available for an extra cost. However, the company is upfront about these, so I don't see it as a major downside.

Our ISP only updated DNS one time per hour and was going to charge a ridiculous amount to continue. Support was also slow.

I like the price-to-quality ratio. Their dashboard is easy to use for newcomers, and I did not need support for the first year or more. And then, when I needed help, I got it, and my problem was quickly solved.

To be honest, they offer a ton of features I do not use, but I can only extrapolate and assume they will be awesome at them as well.

I am not sure that's really a negative but I think you need some technical expertise in order to successfully navigtate their dashboard.

The main thing for me is how easy and affordable it is to get SSL certificates.
