The amount of time and money saved by Cloud Migrator cannot be understated. I will never waste time with the native migration tools of G Suite or Office 365 again. The easy to use interface and comprehensive reporting allow me to sit back and relax when doing migrations.

When inputting users for the migration, you put in their username but not domain in one of the later steps of the migration wizard. If you accidentally include the domain, it allocates a license to the incorrect user that requires a call or ticket to support to resolve.

Do not waste any more time with the native migration tools. For minimal cost, you will save so much time and effort and have a much smoother migration.

Hundreds of hours and thousands of dollars saved compared to using the native migration tools in G Suite and Office 365. G Suites migration tools are incredibly flaky. With Cloud Migrator Go (the cloud based version), I can rest assured that the content is migrated quickly and easily. Any items that cannot be migrated are clearly listed in the migration reports for manual migration. Our last migration included over 800,000 emails and almost 20,000 calendar events. Only 17 emails could not be migrated with this tool.

The best customer service for users, they are really a time saver and easy to use. It gives me alot of free time.

it's a nice tool to migrate the data but still, a significant amount of time and people are required for doing so.

The pricing was very confusing and we ended up needing more licences than we thought. We HAD to go through a sales rep to purchase. We couldn't just buy them through their site.

Get a good understanding of how the licenses work. Push hard when negotiating the license pricing.

We had 2 different domains in the same Google Workplace account. We used the CloudM tools to separate the domains I into their own accounts. We were able to bring over all the inboxes/calendars/drives without going through a manual process.
