We used the Cloudera Data Platform to create a robust solution addressing challenges in the extraction, ingestion, and utilization of CSV data, providing a seamless experience for end-users for one of our Projects. We used it to automate the data extraction process and to ingest the processed data into an external table on the Cloudera Data platform to be used for front-end reporting using Plotly Dash.

We didn't particularly dislike anything about the tool. Overall it was a very effective and powerful tool.

It helped us to solve the problem of data extraction. It also helped us in creating a process for data cleansing and migrating the cleansed data into an external table.

Cloudera is the solution which is providing data analytics in any cloud and any data.

The upside of this approach is to provide support to multi cloud environment and ease of access.

Cloudera should think about the Regulatory compliance where all the data's are collected and stored in Cloudera and bi-directional data encryption should be maintained and monitored.

In the last three years, we've seen many business problems come up and so far we have been able to solve the majority of them.

Our implementation grew so quickly that we had scaling and performance issues. We were able to resolve our issues with Cloudera's expertise but we noted that the product documentation was not comprehensive enough.

Being a data engineer I specifically like about cloudera data platform is its capability to provide best solutions and security. It has brilliant user interface which is very easy to use.It is great tool for big data industry.

There is nothing to dislike about cloudera data platform. Working as expected.

Handling big data . Providing excellent security for crucial data. Pipeline creation and handling data visualisation and analytics .

It is easy to use and not much background knowledge of cloud infrastructure is required. Also it is fast and has a great UI. It is reliable.

Everything is good and is quite easy to use.

For harnessing big data for training machine learning models. Faster pipelines can be made with the help of it.

1) It is considerably a new technology which has a lot of scope in future. 2) It is mainly used for storing big data and processing of big data - this is what I like about cloudera! Last but not the least, it's open source - you don't have to pay anything. You just have to download and start using it!

To install and use cloudera Navigator, you must need a minimum of 16GB RAM and high processor in your Laptop/PC, this makes it difficult to use in normal PCs with lower configuration.

It's easy to use and it's open-source..meaning you don't have to buy. You can just download and start using it and I believe it solves your business problems!

CDP is too costly compared to open source software present.

We have recently used Cloudera for one of our data pipeline to ingest and transform the data and finally store to the Data Lake. And the overall process was smooth and the inbuilt tools elevated the experience of data handling at various stages

There should be some inbuilt integration tool to ingest and transform the data with Azure ADF pipeline integration.
