Easy Desk & Room Booking with Interactive Maps
What do you like best about Cloudbooking?
Cloudbooking makes it easy to schedule a desk or conference room. I love that it allows you to input a map of your environment so you can select the exact location you need to book.
What do you dislike about Cloudbooking?
The Curtail feature is quite annoying. It may be just our setup, but once you book a desk, it will send you a reminder 30-minutes later to keep it or it will auto-curtail.
What problems is Cloudbooking solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows teams to be able to book locations around each other rather than having to be spread out throughout a location.

Cloudbooking makes space management and allocation a breeze!
What do you like best about Cloudbooking?
What I like best about Cloudbooking is the user friendly interface on both the desktop version as well as the mobile application. The platform is visually appealing and easy to navigate. The Cloudbooking support team is always responsive and helpful.
What do you dislike about Cloudbooking?
I haven't found anything I dislike about Cloudbooking, out side of the ability to merge user accounts when duplicates are created without the need of engaging support.
What problems is Cloudbooking solving and how is that benefiting you?
Operating in a hybrid work model makes managing space and schedules tricky, Cloudbooking allows us to find colleagues to book together on days in the office and to see when others plan to be in, if you would like to find them for an in person meeting.

Cost effective and streamlined on-boarding
What do you like best about Cloudbooking?
Revenue Scotland adopted cloudbooking for our room and desk bookings in early 2022. It replaced a legacy solution that was no longer fit for purpose nor user-friendly. The new solution has single sign-on and enables colleagues to quickly and easily book a desk when attending an office on either a smartphone (app) or via their work laptop. QR codes on each desk enable users to check in / check-out quickly, and combined with the extensive reporting out capabilities, it has allowed the organisation to better measure office use and understand how the office space is being used whilst we continue to work within a hybrid working mode.
What do you dislike about Cloudbooking?
n/a - the solution has been well received by all users and they note its simplicity for both booking a desk as well as booking a room when they are to attend an office.
What problems is Cloudbooking solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cloudbooking allows Revenue Scotland to best measure and understand office usage as the workforce continues to work in a hybrid business mode. The reporting out options allow data to be best visualised and helps to inform decisions around future office space needs and how different teams are using the existing space/layouts.

Cloudbooking is very easy to set up and use.
What do you like best about Cloudbooking?
Cloudbooking is very easy to use. Minimal training required, and floor plans can be uploaded via PDF. Not need for CAD files
What do you dislike about Cloudbooking?
I think Cloudbooking could have numbers showing directly on the plans, rather than having to click on each individual seat. Since we had a mix of bookable and assigned seats, it would be nice to have a search feature for the assignments and seat numbers.
What problems is Cloudbooking solving and how is that benefiting you?
Without having assigned seats, you are not bombarded with the rush of onboarding new associates and finding appropriate seating in facility's with low seating availability.

Progressive company with a focussed, modern product and a genuine focus on the client
What do you like best about Cloudbooking?
I worked with CloudBooking for approx. 2 years, beginning shortly after the COVID-19 pandemic restrictions kicked in; we needed a product that would allow our staff to work safely from our offices when required and CB looked promising. The solution had to be simple and flexible enough to be adopted by a wide range of users and I'm pleased to say that CB delivered on that promise. User feedback on the product itself was overwhelmingly positive, with many commenting on how easy the product was to use, making desk bookings from the mobile app or browser super-fast. Sure, there are other solutions around that could do some of what CB does, but they weren't adding the value that CB was with useful features like the ability to locate a colleague in the building and book a desk close to them if needed.
What do you dislike about Cloudbooking?
Recommendations to others considering Cloudbooking?
Aside from the product itself meeting all of our needs, the clienting that we received from CB was first class, the best I've come across from a vendor so far in my career. From the very beginning of implementation (which was a very short window) all the way through to post-project closure, it always felt as though we were CB's number one client, even though I'm aware they have many others. They are flexible and the support team consistently answers any requests or queries well within their SLA, lightning fast! In addition, the people working for CB are very approachable, friendly, professional and I really enjoyed building a relationship with them. Our project meetings were always focused, productive and most importantly of all, they delivered the project on time, to budget, and with no unpleasant surprises.
What problems is Cloudbooking solving and how is that benefiting you?
Nothing negative to say. As mentioned above, CB is a company that I would welcome working with again.

What do you like best about Cloudbooking?
We have been a client of Cloudbooking for several years. Initially, we were looking for a meeting room booking solution as we have an extensive client suite. I don't know how we managed without it! Since COVID we have introduced the deskbooking platform. This has been exceptional in helping us manage the volume of staff working in the office, keeping us safe and it is so easy and click to use.
What do you dislike about Cloudbooking?
Recommendations to others considering Cloudbooking?
From start to finish from training, testing, going live, troubleshooting, i can honesty say i have never before experience such a professional team. They know their product and it's clear they are passionate about it. The team are amazingly helpful and nothing is too much trouble for them. The product itself is super user friendly and without glitches. The training and guidance offered is superb.

What do you like best about Cloudbooking?
When we build our offices, we do so knowing exactly how many employees we have and how big of a space we need to make sure everyone is working efficiently in the space. Cloudbooking has done that by pairing the right space for each meeting depending on the amount of attendees and the needs so that no space is wasted.
What do you dislike about Cloudbooking?
Expensive compared to a lot of others, but worth the money.

Where we thought we needed a bigger office we actually just needed to utilize the office better. 2 person meetings can only be booked in smaller rooms made for smaller meetings, etc. Saves the company money.
