We love the patient scheduling feature. Enter in each study, set the intervals, enroll and schedule. It's user friendly. They have made many improvements to reduce duplicating entries. Very pleased with it. We have had it several years.

The financial aspect is a little tricky. It takes some time to get the hang of it. They offer tutorials and support. It's definitely a plus to have and better than other programs.

Clinical conductor is very good for housing the different studies and sites within my company. It it very useful for keeping our company organized with scheduling appointments and meetings.

I have been using Clinical Conductor at my site for about 8 years. It has improved so much over the years. We utilize it mostly for setting up the study framework for scheduling and financial reports. There is so much the program can do and we are slowly utilizing the different features more and more. Their customer services is excellent as well.

The calendar view is tricky and the filters don’t seem to save to my personal preference even after I’ve followed directions.

I would recommend assigning a staff member to learn as much about this program as possible in order to utilize it to the fullest. It has so many benefits that we are still learning to use.

For their best-in-class features, I would suggest the CTMS platforms from Clinevo and Oracle. They are both among the top pieces of software on the market. Because of its affordability and comprehensive feature set, Clinevo CTMS is the better option.

The claim that clinical trials are essential for the advancement of medical knowledge globally is one of my pet peeves. A patient with a terminal illness could or might not be given a new lease on life, but he would undoubtedly be given a new rope of hope to hang upon. Doctors and healthcare professionals have an obligation to conduct it in an ethical and responsible manner.

CTMS programs can upload and store document files, but very few of them are touted as complete eTMF solutions. Particular attention is paid to maintaining participants' contact information and keeping track of deadlines. Other than that, considering all CTMS offers, I have only seen tremendous success.

The feature I use the most is the invoicing tools, It's great to be able to see what's pending, log completed payments, see what visits or elements have not been invoiced for, ETC.

There seems to be a feature for literally anything you could think you want and the problem with that is that you often have to click around a lot to get to the places you need to go. Once you have it figured out it's a little easier but at first CC is clunky.

Give it a shot, they do great demos and webinars like every week, spotlight series' on specific tools, and it will make some aspect of your research simpler. It's one of those things that it really depends on you, CC will make your life easier if you figure out all the ways that it can. It's dense, and I discover new little tricks every week, but each one makes something else I'm doing obsolete, so it's worth it. It's hard to write a review for this because it quite literally does everything.

Contains a lot of areas to input information

It is very manual to use. No automation and difficult to find items at times.

It was a good location to have all our data accessible to the group.
