I like the fact that it is very easy to use and figure stuff out.

it would be nice to be able to have two different locations on one account so we can just click on one of the locations and all of the work orders at that location are all there rather than both locations work orders are mixed up

Click Maint CMMS is easy to use and very user-friendly. It helps keep work orders and maintenance organized, makes it simple to manage multiple facilities, and allows quick scan-and-go input using QR codes. The platform is customizable, so you can keep the layout simple or make it more detailed when needed, and the support team is helpful, responsive, and accommodating.

The mobile app isn’t formatted the same as the desktop version, and some features are a bit more limited, but it still works well for basic tasks on the go.

Click Maint CMMS helps solve problems with disorganized maintenance, missed work orders, and poor communication. It keeps everything in one place, makes it easier to manage multiple facilities, and speeds up reporting with features like QR code scan-and-go. How modernity is and how easy requesters can place requests.

So far not much, a few glitches and bit slower than what we used before.

Fast requests on real time. The QR request function and no need for requester to have a log in is great.

There are instances where system performance slows down during heavy usage, and some features may take time to load. Integrating the system with other platforms or exporting certain reports could also be improved to make the process smoother and more seamless for users.

Click Maint CMMS has significantly improved the way maintenance activities are managed by addressing several key operational challenges. It has helped streamline work order management, ensuring that tasks are assigned, tracked, and completed in a timely and organized manner. This has improved accountability within the team.

The ease of setting up the program. Yes, there is a bit of work but tracking maintenance activity and costs is important to us.

For us, there is no downside currently. We like all the features that there and it is easy to use for everyone.

We were losing site of how much time and money our maintenance was costing us. Also, we were running out of inventory. Click Maint helps us to keep track of it all.

I like the public request portals that our tenants can use to submit requests that we can then review, edit, and approve into work orders. It's a great workflow.

I wish the platform was more intuitive for rental properties.

The Click Maint CMMS is simple and easy to use. It is robust enough to meet the needs of our organization without alot of "bells and whistles" that we did not need. The price is exceptional and includes support from customer support services as needed as well as ongoing webinars without an additional cost. Easy for anyone to submit a work order, with pictures and defined information with QR code or a link that can be emailed. The system build was very easy after initial onboarding. The whole system makes my life alot easier as everything I need is in one place. I use it every day from data entry to tracking/monitoring/scheduling, updating email correspondence to report generation. Simple and effective!

I have not found anything that I dislike about the system as yet. There are some things that are unique to our organization that I've had to customize through "work-arounds", but what I've not been able to figure out how to do the customer support team has helped me find strategies that work.

The Click Maint CMMS is helping me manage facility and grounds maintenance (both reactive and preventive) significantly more efficiently and effectively, thus saving me time in my position; it also helps me stay organized regarding work that needs to be done, building assets and related documents (such as warranties - life expectancies - replacement parts, etc), status, etc. We have only had the system for a couple of months but in that time, much has been done to build the system - we are looking forward to using it to better predict future building expenses from PM to potential repairs and replacements - longer term strategies. Everything stored in a secure cloud-based system that is easy to find and use. We are not using the new floor plan module as yet but plan to do so - participated in a webinar as to its potential use and that looks promising.

Too intuitive and friendly interface

We are not able no edit or add columns of the assets, and we don't have the option to use an email address dedicated for tickets, for example a user can only send an email with the TITLE & DESCRIPTION (maybe photos) and just match the info to create a ticket request

The new feature

In my experience, the time tracking toggle button has been especially useful for accurately recording technicians’ time without creating additional workload. The platform also makes it easy to submit intuitive work order requests without requiring a login — users can simply scan QR codes for assets or locations to generate a request. I like that work orders can be quickly categorized as preventive or reactive, with scheduling options available right on the same page.

Another strong point is Click Maint’s active feature request system. They collect feedback from users and their development team consistently works on requested improvements. The platform overall feels stable, easy to navigate, and is backed by a responsive customer support team that addresses issues quickly.

The KPI dashboard has been less helpful. It’s not interactive and can be difficult to use for analysis. Asset management also has limitations: equipment is either marked active or deleted, with no option to classify assets as inactive while still retaining historical data. Additionally, asset offline time cannot be edited, meaning that any errors require assistance from support staff to correct.
