We have been using Clerk for some years now - and the satisfaction is very high. Easy to use in our daily work. Espacially our account manager Mikie Wrighton does a good work to help us succes with Clerk.

As mention above, we are very happy about the service. I only have one little thing: It would be great with more integrations to other platforms.

Well, the clear advantage of the Clerk.io is that it generates more revenue. It helps guide customers better since the service ensures that my customers easily find the items they need in my store, where I have over 9000 products. They can effortlessly use the search field and receive recommendations for products that complement what they've been browsing. So, I can only say, it's absolutely fantastic, and it's great when interacting with them. Plus, there's also helpful customer service available.

I haven't really found anything yet. Something I'm not satisfied with, something that isn't good about them. Maybe it's that they don't work on weekends, or what can one say? I don't know. I don't need it, I don't have anything to say.

It's crucial that the search field on my shop finds the right items for customers, which works really well. Additionally, it's also about the recommendations. For instance, if a customer buys a red balloon, they'll probably also need a blue balloon, and so on. That's what makes it right. I have nothing but positive things to say about it.
