What do you like best about ClearPoint Strategy?
What I like best about ClearPoint Strategy is the outstanding customer support and how easily it allows us to customize reports and dashboards to fit our strategic goals. It saves time and keeps everyone aligned.
What do you dislike about ClearPoint Strategy?
What I dislike about ClearPoint Strategy is that the initial setup can be a bit complex, and some features,like the data loader ,don’t work well on Mac. Also, report visuals have limited customization options.

ClearPoint is an excellent project management software that stands out for its user-friendly interface, making it easy to navigate and adopt across teams. The platform offers impressive data visualization options that allow users to clearly track progress, analyze metrics, and present information in a visually engaging way. What truly sets ClearPoint apart, though, is its fantastic customer support—responsive, knowledgeable, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure a smooth user experience.

The primary difficulty we have with ClearPoint is its inability to 'talk to' our Reporting & Analytics dashboard software to provide real-time measure data.

There is a lot of flexibility in how you can set up your strategic plan, and they help you along the way.
What do you dislike about ClearPoint Strategy?
There's a learning curve, but that is mostly due to the crazy amount of things it can do. Unless it's your full-time job, you can't learn everything.
What problems is ClearPoint Strategy solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are about to build our next strategic plan. We've talked several times over the past 6 months in preparation before the plan is ready to be set up in Clearpoint Review 01.15.

What do you like best about ClearPoint Strategy?
I really appreciate how ClearPoint Strategy brings everything into one place—it’s great for aligning strategic goals with performance metrics. The dashboards are highly customizable, which makes it easy to track KPIs in a way that’s relevant to our business. I also like that it’s collaborative, so multiple team members can update and monitor progress in real time.
What do you dislike about ClearPoint Strategy?
There’s a bit of a learning curve at first, especially for users who are new to strategy management tools. Some features could be more intuitive, and initial setup took longer than expected. It would be helpful to have more in-app guidance or tooltips for first-time users.

ClearPoint Strategy as a Scorecard Managment System
What do you like best about ClearPoint Strategy?
We use ClearPoint to simplify our scorecard reporting process, which has greatly improved our workflow efficiency. Some of the best features that we have experienced are the automation for calculating measure results, data visualization of the scorecards, and the helpful and responsive support team. ClearPoint is very user friendly and I highly recommend it as a scorecard platform.
What do you dislike about ClearPoint Strategy?
ClearPoint has been working well for us and their support team is very responsive when issues do come up and are usually able to resolve them quickly.

ClearPoint Strategy has been helpful to organize our performance metrics/strategic initiatives.
What do you like best about ClearPoint Strategy?
The application allows us to capture, monitor, and report the department's performance metrics and strategic initiatives. We are still learning all of the features, but I see potential for us to use these features more efficiently to improve our work processes. The application is customizable to include logos, color palettes and layout of the various elements. The tutorials are great and seem to work for some training purposes. Andrew Middleton has been great to work with. He is patient, kind and supportive. He responds quickly and is willing to meet me where I am at with the application to teach me more about its utilization.
What do you dislike about ClearPoint Strategy?
The learning curve for our staff when using the application has been difficult. As different people learn and comprehend in different ways, the tutorials may only provide assistance for some, but not all. There are so many components of the application to learn, it is difficult for a lead person to work with many other responsibilities to perform the work and share with others. This may be an internal issue with our organization. It seems that I need to focus on managing this work 100% of my time rather than the 10-15% of my time that I have to devote to PMs/Scorecards.

What do you like best about ClearPoint Strategy?
ClearPoint streamlined our stagetic planning process! The onboarding team (specifically Marissa) made understanding how to utilize the software simple. I love the ability to see all of our data at a glance with easy-to-understand visual repesentations. Our reporting structure for meetings is now SO much easier as well!
What do you dislike about ClearPoint Strategy?
The only thing I dislike about the software is the milestone evaluation process. I'd prefer for the completion percentage to be evaluated based on # of milestones completed as opposed to basing completion on milestone deadline dates.
What problems is ClearPoint Strategy solving and how is that benefiting you?
ClearPoint makes our strategic plan easy to understand. It also provides a central hub of data that makes running department, executive team, or board meetings much easier. It's nice to have all of our data in one spot with visual graphs to understand how we are tracking on our strategic plan and goals.
