Accuracy and flexibility. ClearCut has been able to work with us and our other partnerships to customize solutions. Their data is accurate, and we now have visibility into Amazon sales. Given how large Amazon is, we take this as an indicator of ecommerce in general.

Their product is relatively new. When you launch a new product it is impossible to launch it with all the bells and whistles that you may be used to. We are used to APIs and the ability to extract data. I have been told this is on their development roadmap

We are determining what products to develop and what products to advertise. Knowing how quickly categories are growing or contracting and which products and attributes are performing. These factors help us determine our roadmap of product development and our strategic planning for advertising.

Clear analytics are concise and easily applied to internal projects.

There does seem to be some limitations within categories.

The category team leverage this data most, by leveraging competitive insights on new innovation development and building sales decks.

ClearCut is very communicative, collaborative, and transparent in all aspects of the relationship. They are very goal oriented and want to see us succeed.

Nothing I dislike about working with ClearCut. Depending on your budget, it may not make sense to work with them but they are flexible when it comes to budgetary constraints.

ClearCut provides great insights into our product category and continually looks for strategic ways to boost our sales. Additionally, they have design, marketing, and content resources to help out on our account.

I love how we are able to view important detail all within one page. Color coding is a great feature too.

I believe I have been using a previous version but the tool is helpful overall. I would have liked a more refined date sort option to better analyze data and more detail about product content changes such as bullet points, product descriptions, A+ content, images, etc.

Jake, Daniel and team were able to gather insights regarding Amazon categories such as overall category sales, sales by top brands, top-selling products in the category, sales by flavor/product type, year over year trends and competitive content analysis. Their detailed reports allowed us to look into our own market share along with our competitors'. We were able to take these insights and act on pricing strategies and advertising strategies within our category and into comparable categories.

They have quick turnarounds when needed and were a pleasure to work with - very responsive, friendly and professional. I've enjoyed working with and look forward to working with them again in the future. Data was hugely insightful and allowed us to temperature check our Amazon business and make adjustments.

I've only had experience with their category reports, not the portal.
