Everything about ClearChecks is exeptional!

There is nothing to dislike! The whole process in ordering background reports is great!

Made a mistake in ordering and was doubled charged.

What do I like best about ClearChecks? In short, everything. The platform makes it easy for me or my prospective employee to input critical data; the pricing is transparent and clear so you only pay for the checks you need; their content is so helpful to those who hire (uh, most of us?); and their founders will bend over backwards to ensure your success.

Struggling to find a dislike.... There ain't one (yet).

As a small business owner in the B2B services world, specifically skilled labor, I need transparency on motor vehicle driving records and criminal background check reports at different local, state and federal levels; ClearChecks makes this super easy and provides detailed results I can then share with my insurer.

Actually was able to call and get a real live person to return my call

There was no international education check available but customer service helped me to resolve the matter.

ClearChecks is very user friendly and it was a breeze to sign up my applicants for a background check and drug screen. I also like that I can add on searches that I need without buying ones I don't. Customer service and tech support was also quick to respond and resolve my issues.

The drug screening was a bit complicated for my applicant. The website is not clear about which locations have all the testing capabilities and my applicant had to go to two different appointments and call the individual site to confirm. It would have been helpful to have that information already available prior to making the appointment.

I am new to HR and finding a qualified background check was a challenge. ClearChecks was a breeze to get background checks completed.

Clearchecks has a very simple platform to use. Prices are fair and up front. Customer support is friendly and very knowlegable.

The only negative thing I can think of is that some of my questions were not intuitively answered on the website. For instance, knowing that you must first order a background check to then be able to see the drug testing options was not clear to me until I spoke to a representative. I did have to reach out to find a few answers. However the service was fantastic when doing so.

It solves the problem we have of securing reliable employees that are virtual/off campus and may not have the ability to meet in office for this reason. We can easily send email requests through Clearchecks and potential employees have the ease of completing the process from home. This benefits us by allowing for a quick and easy way to screen potential hires without requiring travel or scheduled meetings.

ClearChecks is super user friendly - takes just a few seconds to get a background check going. Easy layout. The help staff via chat and email are very quick to respond, friendly and helpful!

Nothing really - sometimes county records take a bit of time, but that is no fault to ClearChecks

ClearChecks does a thorough research on the background check. Very easy to communicate with the staff there when we wanted to cancel an order, or check on candidate's status. It's a professional top-notch place for employers to get peace of mind. We've been using ClearChecks' service since 3 years ago, and absolutely loving it.
