ClassOps is class booking and gym management software for businesses that run capacity limited sessions: gyms and fitness studios, parkour and climbing centres, dance schools, martial arts academies, holiday clubs and community venues. Members book, pay and sign waivers in an app under your gym’s own name. Every booking shows at the reception desk and in the owner dashboard straight away. Reception handles walk ins, check in with a QR pass, payments and alerts for missing waivers or failed payments on one screen. Card payments run through Stripe, including recurring memberships that renew automatically and card on file. Square, Zettle and cash can be recorded against the same member. Waivers are signed before the first class and booking is blocked until they are; each child has their own waiver and health notes, and one parent can book several children in one go. Classes are set up once as blueprints with day by day overrides, capacity shows as a fraction with an automatic waitlist, and reports go down to individual sessions and sites. Staff logins can be limited to their own venue.
