It’s a great way to proctor test and easy to set up. Being able to embed our test seamlessly into our websites was a big selling point. Also, we’ve had to reach out to Support a few times and we’re getting real people. That makes a huge difference when you’re working with a product. I admire this because we work the same way at my company. And, although we’ve only needed a few times. They are very quick to reply and very helpful.

We would love more ways to work with videos in the future. And I’m sure that they will evolve to that.

Being able to create test in class marker for our contractors come out has changed the game for us doing everything manually.

I used ClassMarker to create a judge certification program for a competitive game after seeing another game use the same tool in their official judge program.

The interface is generally surprisingly modern and easy to work with. I especially like the level of analysis you can get across the aggregate of all test takers. It allowed us to identify questions that were causing frictions in ways we didn't intend and will be a big part of informing how we build the test going forward.

Their staff responds to queries in under an hour and is always courteous and helpful.

After 6 years of daily use, I have no complaints. ClassMarker prioritizes customer satisfaction and welcomes feedback, especially about adding new features.

We've been using Classmarker for 3+ years now; we are a training company. Classmarker is by far the best we've ever tried in the last decade - the extensive, well thought through features, the ease of use, and the superb customer support. I was astonished when I sent a customer support ticket on a Sunday, a LIVE agent responded in minutes and kept at it till the bug - due to a McAfee extension on my laptop, not a Classmarker issue - was sorted. It is well priced too, even though we are India based and need to think in Indian rupee terms, it is well worth it.

The only thing I would suggest is a mobile optimised site.

We often conduct assessments for training programs we conduct directly or for corporate clients. These are both remote online and classroom based. In both scenarios, classmarker works very well. It gives our clients a good impression when we are able to offer such a testing facility. The automated certificate creation and download is also an excellent feature.

They have support which is getting hard to find any more. The control over the questions and how the test are given is very very detailed, much more that several others we have tried. The correct answer can be displayed immediately, so the test can be for evaluation or training. We are using it for staff training more than customer feedback.

It can be hard to find a few of the feature at first, but they have great support. I would like to be able to organize the results by location, and type of test taker, and have them numbered.

As a startup, we needed a home-grown testing tool and ClassMarker was our go-to place.

Using the question database by creating our categories and questions gives us great flexibility in the topics we want to use. The results are clear, and we can use it to analyze what the level of knowledge is within our company. From there on, we know where we can focus our attention in our education program.

Creating the questions is very easy using all the different types of questions. Tests can be selected manually or using random questions to the goal that we see fit.

The group testing option is less flexible than the tests by a link when it comes to all the possible features that ClassMarker has to offer. This has its reasons as we found out via ClassMarker Support but it is something to keep in mind about the looks of your test.

If you are looking for an easy to use and flexible testing tool; this is it!

We needed to create a temporary home grown placement tool while we were remote and ClassMarker had an easy to use template to create our exam. You can add a grading system to it as well which provides a report for students. The pricing for the product is very reasonable

Good customer support

I could not figure out how to integrate with internal system so scores could import over.

IT has been a great temporary solution for one of our placement tests so we can continue to test students remotely.

Very easy to customize the platform. It gives great value for a fair price! We use it for language assessment and so far no other platform can beat ClassMarker at value/price ratio.

The only thing I found about ClassMarker that I didn't like is that the API doesn't have a "last update date/time" API field, which makes things complicated when you have different types of tests (automatically graded, manually graded, updates). I've asked for it but it's down on their priority list.

We use it to create language assessments, writing, grammar, comprehension, technical, scenario-based assessments. It's quite easy and intuitive to use and it can be integrated with your Recruitment System via API, which makes things very automatic and easy to use.
