Its been couple of months now that our company has become familiar with Citrix analytics work. The location of enemies in the shape of friends inside the company can be easily traced and revealed. This gets the things easy to manage and threatening servers are easily targeted down. The customizable targets are organized quickly with alteration settings. The artificial machine learning makes all of this super chic and elegant in the eyes of consumers. The user interaction is simple and managed thorougly.

When we were first introduced with this app, we got a bit of confuse about its complex interface. It actually sometimes slows down the running operations and managing things get a bit harder by time. It needs some retouchings and renovation for customers to grow more. The selective scanning is also challenging for new users and need some guidance.

Citrix analytics has so much to offer in terms of online security. The data and information is safe within its area and it makes sure to get the area clean throughout. The networks can now not be approached readily as Citrix analytics has put many shields infront of the whole system. The barriers are always there to stop the cybercrimes and defend as warriors. It can focus on things analytically with structure building. The data traffic is handled robustly.

Its a good analytical tool for checking the variances between several periods. It can be used for effective strategy management including budgeting as well.

This tool still looks bit old and orthodox. There are lot many features which are generally available in other similar tools.

Select package after considering the usefulness of the product for your industry and services.

Navigations is the biggest issue in Citrix.

Citrix Analytics makes your security stronger, sophisticated security attacks especially from those inside my own organization are not always easy to uncover impostors often posed as trusted employees using compromised credentials detecting and combating these threats require continuous advanced analysis. I like Citrix Analytics because it uses artificial intelligence and machine learning to discover previously hard to detect threats and recommend proactive steps you can take to prevent data loss and other harm to your business.

The first setup is a bit hard and the installation wizard doesn't explain you what to select from the servers list. For me was not so easy to get started with Citrix Analytics , but I have solved the access issues with a call at support.

It's ideal if you are looking for visibility into user behavior you'll be able to detect and resolve security issues, you will learn more about how citrix analytics can help your organization on the safety part.

I have solved the problem with the user security, Citrix Analytics can see every user in your organization and creates an associated risk profile risk indicators and compare anomalies to an evolving baseline grouping the users into three categories high medium and low select a high-risk user to display their event history and look for the indicators that might have placed them in this group like excessive access to sensitive files select the risk indicator to see specific details you can also see the steps Citrix Analytics took to prevent the behavior from going any further.

Great tool for user and apps threat management, it is pretty much robust and great but simple ui that does it all and helps us to interact easily

There is nothing to dislike as the threat alerts are always on time as well we are able to get them withered timely

Citrix Analytics is the best platform to review user behavior.

Slow storage and wrong WAN links are the main issues I don’t like.

Given That Citrix workspace is entirely hosted in the Citrix colud, there coluld be some performance degradation when working in the virtual desktop in some regions around the world, depending on the technical characteristics of the last mile of the end user WAN connection. This however is getting better as new Citrix cloud location are added to the service & the overall global network infrastructure is improving.

The Citrix program did not always run smoothly. They seemed to have worked the kinks out & the product has dramatically improved. We needed a DaaS product which would be entirely hosted in reliable public cloud and would eliminate any hardware investments.

Advanced security system, reliable results and progressive improvements, correct interpretation of data and information in a timely manner to avoid risks and security threats, its most outstanding feature is the ability to prevent cybersecurity incidents and breaches.

Limited action options, rigid alerts and notifications, a little more service is expected in the connectivity tools with end users to report problems and offer earlier solutions.

The service was mainly incorporated to meet the demand of security incidents and performance problems that were not being taken into account, it was necessary a technological solution that was able to take advantage of the data and convert them into relevant information for prevention and early action of vulnerabilities.

This software helps us manage user and application threats and does a great job! The UI is super simple too! I do like the robustness and the fact i can use anywhere.

I would say that they need more backing to grow the product more. I do not think support for the product is great either. They were very slow to respond. We had many issues with our clients.
