It takes a while to learn it, needs to be a little more simple.

It’s more efficient for helping the customer quickly

It's a reliable, secure and fast software with which I can manage and perform a good network management, it has a wide interface that gives me the ability to cover all the types of networks I need. On the other hand, it's important to highlight how excellent their tools are, it is possible to prepare diagrams and reports that allow me to observe the necessary information about an automatic network connection and maintenance bulletins.

Configuring it is simple and fully customizable, it is possible to adapt the board according to my indications and preferences, with its varied and complete tools and features, it is possible to performs a wide and effective network monitoring.

At the beginning it took me a little time to learn the correct way to use it to get the results I expected, however, the consultants, the customer and the technicians are always aware and available to find the best solutions to all my problems, giving me always a better solution service. Sometimes I can find some system failures, and this may or may not be a problem, since it may be a bit annoying to have to do more advanced network administration and not be able to do it, but Cisco FindIT has an update system constant, this is what has favored the improvement failures and errors in the system.

It is a practical and simple tool that significantly influences the search for improvements and advances in the support of the entire commercial network. I recommend it.

Incrase the level of awareness about each step we take in a certain way, now we look for more confidence and security in every job we do, where we invest our time and money, Cisco FindIT has been worth it. It has allowed efficient, fast and secure monitoring, not only with this we manage and administer a wide range of networks, the strict use of VPN is no longer necessary to achieve a correct connection. It is an economical and quite useful software, maintaining our commercial network, in addition to excellent monitoring, is now much simpler and more practical.

It's very simple and easy to use and get used to. It is also flexible with other systems and softwares.

It is not as popular as I thought. Not very many companies or individuals know about it, let alone use the product. Some advertising will definitely grab more followers and gain audience.

It is an easy way to estimate and budget software and infrastructure costs as the beginning of the year, and adjust as the year continues. Though the budget is not always accurate, it gives a pretty good ball-park of where the budget should be.

FindIT is quick and simple to use. Great for a quick inventory of Cisco switches on premise, or bulk firmware updates, etc.

The interface is a bit too simple. It's basically just a long list of your switches by name. A more of a spreadsheet layout with relevant info for each switch would be preferable (although this info is easily gleaned via hovering over a device or generating an inventory report).

I administer a seasonal business with dozens of Cisco SMB switches. It doesn't make sense to invest in full-fledged network discovery for a few months of active use, so when equipment is powered back on in the season, FindIT is the first stop to make sure all switches are responding, update firmwares, etc.

I like that Cisco Find IT can find all of the Cisco devices on multiple subnets. I am sure there are many other things I haven't looked at yet which Cisco FindIT is great for.

The UI is horible. I really like the UI of the 1800 series WAPs, so that would be a starting point.

It is a lot easier to find multiple Cisco devices at once with Cisco FindIT.
