Faster and simpler payment process

PROS: Chargify basically made things easier and simpler for us and for our customers. The payment process is no longer a headache.

Great help in bills collection

PROS: I love Chargify's notification features because it helps get on track in the collection of payments, especially those that are past due. I also love its ability to get monthly, quarterly, and yearly revenue insights.

CONS: The coupon system still needs improvement. It's a little confusing to use.

What do you like best?

I like the insight Chargify provides for monthly, quarterly, and yearly revenue. Notifications are great on collecting past due payments, and helps pinpoint potential problem accounts via expired payment information.

What do you dislike?

The coupon system can be a but confusing, as you can create as many as you'd like, but the stickability is not the clearest.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

If you are having issues with collecting on dunning account, Chargify will help with that.

Chargify allows us to collect on past due accounts very easily. We have very low dunning accounts due to Chargify.

What do you like best?

Integrations with our bookkeeping software.

What do you dislike?

Doesn’t fit our SaaS model, and we have to use workarounds for our product and addons. Not a perfect system.

We’re keeping on top of trials, subscription, and are getting paid!

Mighty product, it can do a lot of stuff

PROS: Chargify is a friendly, simple, and easy to use platform that has all the features necessary for running a successful online sales business. Its dashboard is simply powerful: you can use it to check your revenue performance, and to control the number of sign ups all the time. Neat reporting is also included in the benefit package! We use it every day, since it is involved in all product updating, communication and refunding processes, and our favorite part is that subscriptions can be altered.

CONS: I like everything about Chargify, and I think everybody does.

Chargify simplifies the payment process for customers and for the back office.

What do you dislike?

I don't dislike Chargify. However, you could make it easier to change Invoices. As it stands, there are too many steps.

"Great platform, great API, new features regularly"
What do you like best?

Really love how flexible the platform is, in terms of being able to do pretty much everything using their API, or their Admin tool. I really love how it can help me solve business problems such as Tax calculations and dunning without me having to be an expert.

What do you dislike?

The UI is a little slow, and inputting products and components is somewhat slow.

What do you like best?

The process is easy to set up and the chat help desk is absolutely the BEST I've ever interacted with.

What do you dislike?

My customers sometimes have trouble getting their cards to go through. Also, I don't want services to cancel when payment doesn't go through because my clients are under contract. I want to be able to have them sign up for a contracted period and then go month to month after that.

The automated payments have freed up so much of my time.

What do you like best?

Easy to use and our customers are happy with our billing service.

The support function is great.

System up-time is great, never had any issues with downtime at all.

What do you dislike?

The reports are basic.

Deferring revenue isn't the easiest to do with Chargify, but not impossible.

Chargify is very flexible and handles almost any billing scenario imaginable

Our customers find our billing mechanism easy and this is down to Chargify. The invoicing is accurate and customers can subscribe easily to our service.
