I use Chargeblast to protect my SaaS businesses, Sourcely and Yomu AI, from chargebacks. I appreciate that the product works well and alerts me about chargebacks, matching them with the right transactions for reimbursement. I also like that their customer support is great, super supportive, and very fast at addressing any problems. I think Chargeblast is a great company that protects and works in the best interest of their customers. The product is constantly improving and getting better, and I wish them the best of luck. The initial setup of Chargeblast was straightforward. I also integrate it with Stripe.

Once in a while certain types of transactions are not caught, or at some point, there was an issue with matching Link transactions. But it gets better over time.

I like that Chargeblast is very easy to use, which really helps our workflow. The customer service stands out as very friendly and helpful, making the experience even better, especially Janry Buno was very helpful. The Slack integration is very helpful for ensuring our manager doesn't miss any alerts. The initial setup of Chargeblast was very easy, and they are also very helpful if you need any assistance.

This is not on Chargeblast. Side, but more on how payment processing works as a whole, which is we get alert fee charged for every part of the transaction, but that is not on Chargeblast fault. So that would be, again, on the payment processing side where one order or one customer can have multiple payment transactions resulting in us paying the alert fee on each transaction. For example, three or four transactions all related to the same order or customer, which is getting us higher total fees.

Chargeblast provides alerts that help us manage our dispute rate before disputes are submitted.

Their customer support team is always ready to help. There is a set of people constantly helping us with our concerns (esp. Faith, Andrea, and many others). They help us save time in deflecting disputes so we can focus on other areas of our business. Truly grateful for their timely response and readiness to help.

There are just some limitations, like the inability to deflect PayPal disputes.

They help us deflect disputes by sending us alerts so we can refund as quick as possible and that helps us prevent being under card dispute monitoring programs.

Nothing, just sometimes their AI when you open the chat section can be a bit annoying but you can just ask it to connect you to a human being

it would be great if I can use chargeblast with PayPal and Razorpay.

it is helping me to minimize the risk of disputes and at same time i am saving money because stripe introduces chargeback for all disputes whether you win to disputes or not.They Noticy Me about potential disputes and i immediately refund them.
