What do you like best about changelly?

I had a problem, i mailed their help desk, and received a reply within 5 minutes, and my problem was resolved very quickly and professionally, i was really amazed as nowadays this is definitely not the norm from big companies.

What do you dislike about changelly?

There was nothing to dislike, they are very helpful and friendly.

What problems is changelly solving and how is that benefiting you?

I can be assured then when ever i have a problem in future, that it will be resolved asap, so i can use this company with peace of mind.

What do you dislike about changelly?

I had a negative experience with Changelly, as they have not returned my 2.18 BTC or converted it to USDT as intended, even after completing all KYC and AML processes and proving the legality of my funds. I am frustrated by what I perceive as a scam-like behavior from Changelly, as they have neither returned my funds nor provided the expected service. This situation has made me distrustful and I strongly dislike how Changelly handles such serious matters involving significant amounts of cryptocurrency.

Avoid, there are better options

What do you like best about changelly?

Variety of Cyrptos that can be exhanged.

What do you dislike about changelly?

Fees are incredibly high, poor customer service and not worth the headache.

What problems is changelly solving and how is that benefiting you?

None really. I started using Changelly, immediately ran into a problem then after over an hour via customer support, I had to give up.
