Change Healthcare Clinical Network Solutions has taken us from the bottom of the state to the top.

What do you like best about Change Healthcare Clinical Network Solutions?

The interoperability has proven extremely successful in my organization. It has allowed physicians to communicate in a timely manner, allowing patients to leave sooner and not risk more illness, and has increased patient satisfaction.

What do you dislike about Change Healthcare Clinical Network Solutions?

It was not the easiest to set up we had our IT team go to a training to learn how to implement it.

Recommendations to others considering Change Healthcare Clinical Network Solutions?

It has greatly improved the administrative side of the hospital setting, while also having a fantastic effect on patient care.

What problems is Change Healthcare Clinical Network Solutions solving and how is that benefiting you?

The interoperability is a main bonus. Patients can see their data easier and have been much more happy with our organization.

Secure messaging is a lead in for people to use this EHR, and they will find it more useful than they imagined

Submenus are challenging for a novice to navigate and reports on your patient population exist but they are hard to find

It only works if you market it both internally and to your clients. Don’t allow your staff to say it’s uncomfortable for them - require they ask all patients regardless of age or background

What problems is Change Healthcare Clinical Network Solutions solving and how is that benefiting you?

Uploading sensitive documents in a digital format is faster than mailing forms

Ability to clearly see if the patients insurances matches insurance records to help decrease insurance denials & increase payment at time of visit

Inconclusivity of a good majority of patients insurances & is often offline/not working properly

I work in an ER where we use relay to help verify patients insurances & what copays they have for their visit.
