What do you like best about Ceipal ATS?I use Ceipal ATS to source qualified candidates, and I like that it has a good number of qualified resumes. Its real-time pipeline keeps client submissions, interview schedules, and offers visible in one dashboard. The automated resume parsing and job board integration save me time: they cut down on manual copy-pasting and data entry, build clean, searchable candidate profiles, and cut my time to submit in half so I can focus on candidate conversations instead of admin work. I also like that it syncs seamlessly with LinkedIn, Indeed, Outlook, and Zoom, with email, job board, and interview links connected to the candidate profile in one place. The initial setup was smooth and quick, with minimal downtime while we migrated candidate data and posted jobs. I find Ceipal ATS cost-effective and useful for candidate sourcing, resume parsing, and pipeline tracking, and it significantly boosts recruiting productivity.What do you dislike about Ceipal ATS?I find Ceipal ATS’s interface a bit cluttered at times. I’d like a cleaner layout, faster page loading during peak hours, and fewer automatic logouts. What do you like best about Ceipal ATS?I like Ceipal ATS’s user-friendly interface and quick view option. I can quickly access candidate details and track application status without navigating multiple screens, which saves time and makes my daily recruiting workflow more efficient. I also like that the integrated search lets me use one string across CareerBuilder, Monster, and Dice. The interface was easy to understand, setup wasn’t that hard, and we got training after setup.What do you dislike about Ceipal ATS?I’m not sure if this is Ceipal ATS or the portals, but I often receive duplicate resumes with the same name and phone number from CareerBuilder and Dice. Many resumes also have incomplete candidate details, and this needs to be resolved.What problems is Ceipal ATS solving and how is that benefiting you?I use Ceipal ATS to search CareerBuilder, Monster, and Dice through one integrated search with a single search string.

What do you like best about Ceipal ATS?I find Ceipal ATS more cost-effective than other ATS options, and that gives me more credits for job boards. Setup was very easy, and I find it easy to use. I use it to source candidates, review resumes, update my database, manage job requirements, and keep candidate records in one place. It also helps streamline recruitment, track submissions, avoid duplicate submissions, and manage multiple job openings.What do you dislike about Ceipal ATS?The integrations don’t work properly. Monster doesn’t have the numbers mentioned in it, and a lot of resumes on Dice won’t open.
