CCH IFirm is really easy to use. It's an efficient software to keep track of all client information, and employee information in regards to billable hours worked.

CCH iFirm can be a little slow on loading some pages.

I would recommend playing around with software first and figuring out where everything is to ensure it's easy to use in the future.

It is much easier to track your hours worked and how many hours are related to client work and how much is related to admin work. This can be very useful especially if you have a billable hour minimum requirement to hit for the month.

I like how it's simple to find contacts easily if you know their name. I also like how there is a summary of account transactions and so on, so we can review information.

I dislike how there aren't more options to search contacts, such as searching by email address. There are times where I would only have an email address and can't figure out who is related to it. I would have to search manually or by guessing.

It may seem a lot at first, but once employees get the hang of it, it's simple to use.

With the way that I use CCH iFirm, is mostly for accounts payables/receivables. Using the Account Payable summary helps track which clients owe us money or have already paid.
