It's easy to multi edit large groups of customers or data quickly. The interface is mostly quite intuitive and searches are easy. You have lots of options on how you want to filter your data. They listen to suggestions and incorporate them when possible and when they think it will benefit other customers as well.

The date range interface when applying filters for reports is a little clunky. They are also still in the process of adding all the features from their legacy platform into Web Office.

I think you get a lot of value for the money. Their support is excellent, and they are continually developing the software with input from users.

We are running a combination of perpetual and periodic inventory through Catapult. We are receiving invoices electronically through their gateway so we don't have to enter them manually. We also have connected Catapult with our accounting software to eliminate double entry of invoices and allow all financial information from transactions as well as invoices to be imported. They also offer a loyalty solution, which has boosted business, although they are still working on making it smart enough to be tailored to make offers based on specific item purchasing behavior.

Great features of Catapult's back-end available in a web interface with new levels of reporting and ease of operation. Also there is a direct feedback link to the development team that any user can access. New label & sign printing feature is a huge improvement. Updates are frequent and useful.

I'm having a hard time thinking of anything I dislike. There are some character number limitations in certain fields that can be frustrating, though they do serve a purpose (usually ease of receipt or label printing).

Get a demo. Visit a store or stores that use it. Ask lots of questions. I'd be happy to have visitors.

Providing highly reliable and consistent point of sale experiences for customers and staff. Web Office has made many behind the scenes tasks easier: extending or altering sales in particular. The improved label & sign production has taken some time to adapt to, but now that we are there the efficiencies are huge (one no longer has to go to a particular workstation to produce labels and signs from Catapult).

Makes the transactions of our food co_op easy because it is a very concise and user-friendly program. Highly customizable, links with many other programs such as Cost Guard. Rarely crashes.

Tech support is lacking, also a relatively steep learning curve to learn how to fix.

Works well in a grocer setting.

It's a good point of sales system, it has improved productivity because it solves our efficiency needs at our busy store.

Fast and clean looking interface for the modern day IT

Can be a little difficult to learn, especially for those transitioning from the desktop software version.

Quickly changing and updating prices, TItles, department information, etc. at once, instead of one by one item.
