It is well organized and overall efficient to use.

I cannot identify anything I have disliked.

As an individual provider dealing with numerous insurance companies, I can upload an entire patient record very easily when necessary.

Been using Carepaths since 2013.

User-friendly platform and the fact that you can file claims for free is a plus

Some redundancy in getting to files, having to click multiple times to get what you need.

My experience with CarePaths is that this is a relativley easy to use EHR with good customer support

Sometimes finding information is not intuitive. Not sure which tab to open or get what I need.

Easy and user friendly
What do you like best about CarePaths EHR and Measurement Based Care?
Data entry is easy. The forms are accurate. The scheduler is excellent, with alerts for clients sent at your discretion. My billing is out the door each day
What do you dislike about CarePaths EHR and Measurement Based Care?
I don't have any real dislikes. Updates are done regularly, which can cause problems, but the Carepath team is responsive getting everything functioning quickly after a software update.
What problems is CarePaths EHR and Measurement Based Care solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have had virtuallly NO problems with billing insurance companies and getting reimbursed. This was a problem with my previous software. Always having to follow up with insurance companies is almost gone.

So much bang for your buck!
What do you like best about CarePaths EHR and Measurement Based Care?
Carepaths is very affordable, provides all my practice management tools in one product, and is reliable. The support staff are very helpful and respond to my needs very quickly.
What do you dislike about CarePaths EHR and Measurement Based Care?
CarePaths periodically updates/modifies their systems. As a non-techie, creature of habit, I struggle briefly to adapt to the changes. This is an indictment of my tech skills, not the program. Progress requires change, and I feel supported by the team when I have an issue.
What problems is CarePaths EHR and Measurement Based Care solving and how is that benefiting you?
Because CarePaths is so efficient and easy to use, I no longer have to hire a billing person/service. I complete my documentation and billing in short order, saving time and money.

What do you like best about CarePaths EHR and Measurement Based Care?
I found it easy to learn, it is familiar. When I have struggled, I have been able to ask for help, and they provided it.
What do you dislike about CarePaths EHR and Measurement Based Care?
Some of the changes have been a bit stressful until I figured out how to get places on the website that I knew how to get previously.
What problems is CarePaths EHR and Measurement Based Care solving and how is that benefiting you?
I save space by having an EHR rather than paper files. It is also nice to not have to fill out paper billing forms.
