What do you like best about Netsmart CareConnect?

It is a user-friendly tool which can be used without much hassle. It provides excellent results for practice management.The various features like scheduling, cancelling and lab results etc. make it a go-to application for staff as well as practitioners.

What do you dislike about Netsmart CareConnect?

It shows some kind of automatic error at times. It is also a bit slow in terms of performance.Although, features are very useful, some training is required before using it.

What problems is Netsmart CareConnect solving and how is that benefiting you?

It helps in obtaining information about patients, keeping records and accessing historical data about the patients. Patient care becomes very seamless and accessible. Managing client information and dealing with such critical data has become very smooth with the help of Careconnect.

What do you like best about Netsmart CareConnect?

CareConnect does not present technical errors that interfere with the work being performed. It has several features that help make scheduling smooth and options that can be ignored as well. Canceling and rescheduling is a breeze. Different scheduling filters make user functionality easy.

What do you dislike about Netsmart CareConnect?

It can be slow on certain functions. For example, certain loading screens take time away during a call when I am scheduling. Those seconds can be instrumental to keeping the patient engaged or not.

What problems is Netsmart CareConnect solving and how is that benefiting you?

I am able to collect a lot of info about a patient if I need to during a call. For example if I need to reference a prior encounter or the last time the patient visited the doctor, the pathways to do so are very streamlined and accessible. Benefits include having a holistic picture of a patient on the left tab and being able to filter by relevant info (e.g. department). Plus Careconnect automatically signs off if I'm not actively using the software, helping uphold HIPPA.

What do you like best about Netsmart CareConnect?

Portals host patient data and lab results which can be viewed by the patient after access is granted. It's a great self-service tool to reduce the chance of the end-user contacting the help desk.

What do you dislike about Netsmart CareConnect?

I found that the automatic error removal didn't always work correctly. It removed certain parts of records that it found redundant however in reality they were accurate.

Recommendations to others considering Netsmart CareConnect:

Netsmart has a great infrastructure to build off of. Make sure that you consult with the developer and get your staff appropriately trained when using any software that handles patient records.

What problems is Netsmart CareConnect solving and how is that benefiting you?

The system may provide patient reports, collect payments, and clear up inaccuracies from records for administration. Additionally, the tool can assist with many medical evaluations, and users can send appointment reminders.

What do you like best about Netsmart CareConnect?

I like the ease of being able to switch between the appointment desk and a patient's chart, without having to click out of everything.

What do you dislike about Netsmart CareConnect?

Sometimes the system lags and is slow. I don't like having to click on something more than once, and have to wait for the system to catch up with itself.

Recommendations to others considering Netsmart CareConnect:

Take your time to get to know the program. Once you get it down, it's very helpful and easier than any other check in or scheduling software I've ever used.

What problems is Netsmart CareConnect solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are solving the ease of scheduling hundreds of patients, checking patients in with less steps, and reviewing chart information. The benefits are that it streamlines the whole work process.

What do you like best about Netsmart CareConnect?

There are glitches and the performance is a bit slow I find its features to be disadvantageous. It does require some training to navigate. Once you get the hang of it it becomes much more difficult to use.

What do you dislike about Netsmart CareConnect?

The training required for staff members to fully utilize the software. This takes up an amount of time. And pose a learning curve for certain individuals. There is flexibility, in customizing the software according to workflows which makes it feel somewhat restrictive and less tailored to different healthcare organizations needs.

What problems is Netsmart CareConnect solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have found that Netsmart CareConnect obstructs our business operations by not facilitating communication and information sharing among our team members and clients. This has resulted in decreased collaboration.
