Its very easy to navigate. I am able to find phone calls quickly and use that to train and coach team members for improvement.

As a user, I currently do not have any dislikes. I use the product to strictly search for phone calls when a situation pops up. I am able to do that easily.

It helps us listen to calls from our call center to make sure they are explaining things properly. It also helps us listen to phone calls from customers to confirm if they indeed said what they are claiming they did.

I have used Carwars and their associated products for over 10 years now, 15 years when accounting for Call Measurement and the product that existed for Carwars. I love the user interface in the backend tool, and the quality of the product combined with the ease of use. That said, the best thing about Carwars is the level of service you receive from their representatives to ensure you're meeting your goals.

Not applicable. Their texting functionality and integration into the CRM was not the best in the past, but they are quickly improving that product and service to adapt to today's consumer experience.

We're improving both our inbound and outbound call processes using their CRISP reporting, and we're getting a much-improved ROI analysis from our marketing sources by knowing the number of phone leads that are generated from those sources, helping us to evaluate which vendors are generating quality traffic and sales.

The upgrade that allows the system to update every so often automatically is a huge plus! I love the dialer!

I only use it for Service, so there's nothing to dislike.

Not really anything. The application offers a lot of information right up front even on the dashboard. Once you dive in it's very easy and user friendly.

Great CRM. Definitely a great application for anyone who wants to make sure everyone gets followed up with.

Being able to make sure any missed calls were taken care of. Those missed calls are important and the follow up can lead to car deals. Customers like knowing a company cares enough to get back to them.

The dialer is very effective, and the Outbound reports help our department keep track of our calls and assist with time management.

If you don't have a good representative/account manager then you wont have the knowledge to use this tool to the maximum of its abilities. Knowing what this tool can accomplish and track has been the way to execute customers who are still in the market. Judson Jones is EXTREMELY HELPFUL !!

Just would like training videos about the tool "helpful tips" every time some one logs in. Different ones every time to help the salesman gain knowledge on how it works. Or even an on-site training just with them. But car wars has been very helpful when i need help or have a concern

This is the best phone tracking system I have encountered yet.

We are solving Tracking lines, where to spend our marketing dollars depending on how many calls/connections we get with that source. We also use it for training purposes- how to speak to customers and overcome objections. Call back soft appointments and make them firm. Also how to pursue opportunities still in the market. Best thing is that we can recover any missed calls from customers and make sure they have been helped.
