"Great captable and ESOP tool"

What do you like best about Capboard?

Capboard is a great tool to manage equity, from captable to ESOPs. Very easy to implement, very easy to use. Outsanding customer support, I use it almost every day, and my team as well. The nuember of features is correct. And we do have it integrate it with our corporate tools.

What do you dislike about Capboard?

Missing some features relaed to investment.

What problems is Capboard solving and how is that benefiting you?

Total control of ESOPs and transparency to the ESOP holders.

"Capboard is an awesome solution to keep your CAP table tidy"

What do you like best about Capboard?

It's wasy to use, great UI, the ability to keep track of all the documents related to each round is simply awesome.

It really carved a ton of time from workin on our CAP.

What do you dislike about Capboard?

Maybe the UI can be a bit more dense. Some white spaces can be removed.

What problems is Capboard solving and how is that benefiting you?

So we used to manage our CAP table in excel. This becomes hard and tedious after a while. Moving to Capboard changed all that for the good.
