What do you like best about Campaign Monitor by Marigold?

One thing I appreciate is how user-friendly it feels compared to some other platforms I’ve tried. The navigation is clean, and setting up automated campaigns doesn’t take forever. It’s also nice that you can segment your audience for more personalized messaging.

What do you dislike about Campaign Monitor by Marigold?

On the downside, the pricing can get a little high if you’re growing a larger subscriber list, and some of the advanced features are only available on higher-tier plans. But for small to mid-sized businesses or anyone who wants simplicity and good design options, it’s definitely worth considering.

I've used Campaign Monitor for many years now and I really enjoy the platforms user friendly experience. Creating email templates and editing pre-created templates are easy to use.

I do wish you could download tagged email campaigns as well as being able to simplify importing new fonts.

What do you like best about Campaign Monitor by Marigold?

Love how easy Campaign Monitor was to integrate into our CMS. The dynamic templates are fluid and easy to update. Managing lists and viewing reports is also easy. Great support team as well.

IT would be good to add some customization to the footer element and be able to drag and drop footer elements around.

I like the ability to segment our client base and share analytic results based on our campaigns with them.

I don't like not being able to send versioned emails. Sometimes, we have to create up to 30+ different versions to send based on changes to an email tied to a database.

Quickly be able to send blasts for our clients with not a ton of complex programming.

A hassle free way to email your database efficiently

What do you like best about Campaign Monitor by Marigold?

Campaign Monitor has a seamless integration with our booking system, Roller Digital. This makes it extremely easy to pass data efficiently directly to Campaign Monitor. This empowers us to create automations based on various data fields along with always ensuring data is up to date and accurate. Due to the simple interface and email builder, it's also really easy for all of our team to use which makes us more efficient. The support team is also great, if we ever do encounter any issues, they're quickly sorted.

What do you dislike about Campaign Monitor by Marigold?

Being a franchise network, we sometimes share templates with our franchisees to save some legwork. Unfortunately you can't export templates directly which can make it more tricky to share. Other than this, it does everything and more than we need.

What problems is Campaign Monitor by Marigold solving and how is that benefiting you?

We're able to efficiently email our guests with relevant offers and information. This proves invaluable with keeping our guests engaged and directly driving conversions to see a positive ROI.

What do you like best about Campaign Monitor by Marigold?

We use campaign monitor almost everyday. I love the easy and efficient UI for Campaign Monitor. Its low code, no-code email builder tool. Its User management and robust analytics as well as its top notch customer service team.

What do you dislike about Campaign Monitor by Marigold?

List sharing across client accounts are problematic by design. However, for our needs we would like more fluidity and less friction.

What problems is Campaign Monitor by Marigold solving and how is that benefiting you?

Its is solving our major need for tracking a measuring our email sends to ensure we are maximizing efforts. We also have a ton of emails going out all the time from different departments, centers and offices. We use Campaign monitor to manage MOST if not all internal communications.
