What do you like best about Call Tracker?

It gives us a practical way of managing phone numbers on Google Ads and our landing pages. The Google Ads and Google Analytics integrations are useful and gave us data on our call traffic and ad campaigns. The dynamic number insertion is effective.

What do you dislike about Call Tracker?

It would be better if the interface didn’t rely so heavily on side menu options and just showed every feature and usage from the get-go.

What do you like best about Call Tracker?

We market for a few businesses and use Call Tracker’s white-label service to help our clients attribute their calls. It’s helpful to show the success of marketing with accurate reports. I like the shared inbox for better communication. Our clients and we are satisfied with the features and the service in general.

What do you dislike about Call Tracker?

They could diversify the features. There are some functions like form tracking that we have to do using different software, and it would be easier just to have it all on one interface.

What do you like best about Call Tracker?

The call recordings are clear and let me listen to past customer calls. It helps me to train my team and gives us perspective on what customers want. The call recordings have also made it easy to highlight important points in phone call conversations and identify common issues customers have.

What do you dislike about Call Tracker?

Everything functions well. I would just suggest a feature that lets you add notes to specific calls to make training easier. I will also have to explore more the product to be able to give an advanced observation

The integrations are inclusive. I appreciated the hands-on customer support that made it easy to set up my account and customize my dashboard. The call reports are easy to navigate and use to make changes. A good overall experience.

Many of the usages need to be set up by yourself. They're helpful, but I would have liked it to be automatically set up instead of having to do it manually.

"Easy way to track calls from multiple sources"

What do you like best about Call Tracker?

I like that Call Tracker scales well and that I can use tracking numbers for individual campaigns. It makes it easy to identify the channels that are actually generating calls. The interface is simple and the call summary reports are accurate and helped me fine-tune the way I advertise my business.

What do you dislike about Call Tracker?

I only got a certain amount of toll-free numbers and then had to pay to get more. It was not expensive, but I didn’t realize I would need so many.

Use different tracking numbers for different campaigns, but be aware that you will have to purchase more toll-free numbers if it is necessary.
