.Easy to use, and running smoothly, I love the tool

I’ve used many scheduling tools in the past, including Calendly, TidyCal, and several others. While most of them seem promising at first, they often become cluttered or overloaded with unnecessary features. Cal ID stands out because it’s straightforward, fast, and reliable. It truly feels like it was designed for people who appreciate the value of their time.

The UI is quite basic, and I find the workflows difficult to understand at first. It takes some time to get used to how everything works.

Before using Cal ID, scheduling meetings was a headache. I had to go back and forth in emails or chats trying to find a time that worked for everyone. Sometimes I’d double-book myself or forget to block personal time on one of my calendars. Cal ID solved all of that. It automatically checks all my calendars, shows only the free slots, and lets people book directly without any confusion. No more “Does 3 PM work?” messages.

I appreciate the flexibility to set up different time slots for various needs. It allows me to block off time for calls, in-person meetings, and personal activities individually.

So far, I haven't come across anything I dislike.

I'd like parts of my day to focus on different activities - calls, reviews consulting and personal. This helps me do that.

I’ve been using Cal ID for a while and really like how flexible it is. It lets me create unlimited event types and booking links, which makes scheduling different kinds of meetings much easier as our Sales team forward leads which makes it easier for me to manage with this feature. It also syncs with multiple calendars Google, Apple (my personal one) and Outlook too so everything stays in one place and no chances of overlapping. Also, the good thing was it was easy to import all my existing setup from Calendly and get started right away.

Honestly, I do not have anything to say at this moment but I would suggest to improve UI/UX on the bookings page where you see meetings booked by anyone. I personally like old UI.

Cal ID has solved a lot of my scheduling headaches. Earlier, using Calendly I felt it bit time consuming process there as well as lacking integration with other tool. Having unlimited event types also helps me handle different kinds of meetings from client demos to team catch ups without setting up new links every time.

The best thing I could say is the magical feeling of effortlessly onboarding quality resources as candidates book their own interview slots with zero confusion. The tool is intuitive and saves my team countless hours.

I’d love even more automation for bulk scheduling, but it’s a minor detail compared to the overall efficiency it brings.

Cal ID has streamlined the entire scheduling process for me. Earlier, setting up interviews or client meetings involved a lot manual/operational work. Now, I simply share my booking link and everything syncs automatically to my calendar.

The onboarding is very smooth, its guide you for your complete setup. Software is very easy to use and lot many integrations are there. We are migrated from calendly. its completely free and have almost all the features the calendly is having so why have to spend. They have top rated customer support, i had raised concerns in the support their turnaround time is very quick.

Nothing so far, it is working very well for me.

It is solving my problem for Call scheduling, Befor OneHash Cal i had to sent so many emails to find out suitable meeting time with my customers. Now i am justing sending a quick link to book the meeting on my Calendar.
