The data refreshes in real time and if you update data in one area of the system, it automatically transfers to other areas, whether that is the planning section, reports, or dashboards.

Some of the usability for creating and editing the system (i.e. dashboards) is not straightforward so it can be a little frustrating trying to change the formatting to how I want things (it is a learning curve!).

The most valuable part of Bubble PPM has been having a "single source of truth" and a consistent language to manage multiple portfolios, each with many projects. Having a summary at any time of all projects with their status is incredibly helpful.

A substantial implementation effort may be necessary to get started, which is why the help from the team at Bubble PPM is invaluable starting from early stages. Establishing a consistent innovation process is a lot of work, but is also the most valuable outcome of using the system.

Bubble PPM has helped organize a new product development process across multiple portfolios of developed and managed products. When we began scoping our need for a software solution, many projects were competing for priority, with separate managers and stakeholders each with their own perspective. Getting enterprise-wide visibility to the pipelines of projects underway and having consistent metrics to prioritize which projects were critical across portfolios was an enormous benefit.

Bubble PPM is a great Project Management / Delivery / Tracking tool that has tons of features which can cater to the most complex PM teams. At vFairs, we have a complicated business model requiring extensive customisation. Bubble PPM immediately understood our problem statement and effectively gave us an outstanding solution that caters directly to all our Project Management issues. Furthermore, their support and business continuity team has been fantastic in assisting us with our never-ending wish list of features which we had overlooked in our original scope of work; I don't think any software company is as flexible and helpful as Bubble PPM has been. We are incredibly appreciative of their brilliant customer service and continual cooperation in any problems that arise daily within the solution provided to us. Last but not least, fantastic UI and very easy to use product.

Don't think there is anything I dislike about the product. However, I feel that feature updates to the product are a bit slower than expected, and Bubble PPM needs to up its game on Email Notifications & Alerts that come from the system. However, everything else that the product offers easily makes up for this point.

Bubble PPM has effectively provided a solution that gives us excellent tracking for all our virtual events. It has also given us fantastic dashboard reporting for all the metrics we need packaging it into a beautiful UI. Bubble PPM has also given us a very robust resource allocation module that allows us to assign projects by looking at the workload capacity of our Project Managers.

I find that the application offers a "one-stop-shop" for project & portfolio management. A project page in Bubble encompasses both plan, various attributes, financials, risks, resource mgmt, scorecards, dashboards, document library and team collaboration possibilities.

As such, it is clear that the system was designed and built by project management professionals as it offers a more holistic approach compared to other PM software providers. Elements that are often somewhat neglected such as governance enforcement and lessons learned are integrated into the system, seamlessly pushing a project excellence agenda.

Additionally, the Bubble Team is very customer service-focused. They were a great sparring partner during the configuration stage, challenging processes etc. and following deployment have been both timely and proactive in their support.

The individual support is amazing, and I always get a quick response and solution to any questions or new features needed. I couldn't do my job effectively or efficiently without Bubble PPM.

There's nothing I dislike about Bubble. It can be a little slow depending on your search engine but nothing to complain over. Overall, great site!

Bubble has helped us figure out our business priorities with focused and organized project management all in one easy-to-use site. We were all using different software and applications before Bubble. Because of the accomodating support and specifications to our business, we have been able to fully stand up Bubble and a PMO as our one source of truth across our entire organization.

Functionality, ease of use, Bubble Support and the fact that the system can be tailored to business requirements, needs and reporting. Live access and up to date information and the ability to cut out manual procedures and increase time efficiency.

Would be helpful to open another project in a new window to view comparisons or view 2x areas at the same time e.g. progress update and planning

Simply do it, it is life changing and a valuable tool to any organisation managing projects, collating updates as well as ease of reporting.

Project Management system that is live, accessible, easy to use and can generate reports and dashboards automatically. Benefits realised are a huge saving in manual time for creating reports/dashboards in Excel, the ability to view the latest project status easily. Our team works regionally and a huge benefit is being able to view the regional picture in one place is a great feature, so much so that the national teams are taking interest in our approach.

Customer service and the intuitive nature of the software

Navigation within the software can be a bit cumbersome sometimes. I wish there were more options/ability to connect to the ERP system at my site.

We needed a central hub for all of our innovation projects, and this was an off-shelf option that checked off all the requirments. All the projects and documents are encompassed within Bubble, reducing a lot of admin burdens.

The bubble interface is modern and user-friendly. We can quickly know where projects stand at a glance.

Something significant is that the solution is highly customizable and evolutive. Therefore we can adapt our managing strategy at any time.

The Bubble PPM tool is highly configurable and the Bubble team has been extremely supportive from initial setup to day to day operations.

Not much to dislike. The Bubble team has been very responsive when we have suggested potential enhancements to the tool. While some have taken some time to implement, the Bubble team has communicated timelines and statuses extremely well.
