It's a good tool for testing. I have used before but they need some improvement otherwise all things are good.

BrowserStack is a very helpful remote-controlled device library for cross-browser testing on real machines with different software versions. It helps me check responsiveness and compatibility quickly. If there is a rare bug on a specific device, I can reproduce it and verify my fixes. I am surprised by the many negative reviews; a paid plan above the freelance level is probably required to get all the benefits without limitations.
