It has never been daunting to create and assign tasks via Brightpod.

Automates time tracking upon project completion.

So far, I haven't experienced any drawback while using Brightpod.

I like the intuitive nature of the application, and how new employees or interns don't have a steep learning curve to understand how to take and report taken up tasks status

I think that the user interface could be improved, and be made at par or probably even better than competitors like Jira.

As a project manager, i see this all the time: people execute, execute and execute. When they have to backtrack their steps it takes hours for them to find where they found it. If you use brightpod, you get the structure within these projects you need. So if you get it right the first time, it saves you hours!

I am a very visual person, i like to see who has done something, when they have done it and what needs to be done. Currently i would like the visual appeal to be more attractive, but it is already very clear. It's hard to find something i dislike, when Brightpod saves us tons of time.

I love that we save time, we don't have unnecessary meetings AND we don't get flooded with emails anymore. Using Brightpod saves us time and clears our heads of unnecessary tasks.

I like how Brightpod enables teamwork. I am yet to use a software like this one. It has this feature where i allows you to add or remove the people working with you on a certain project and also to give different permission levels to different people. This software also helps us in completing our tasks in time because all tasks are put in a calendar.

The only thing i would maybe complain about is the pricing. I feel like the pricing is a bit too steep especially for small companies. Apart from that, i have no problem with the software's functionality. In any case that we experience a hitch while using the software, the Brightpod support team is always on standby to help and to advise us on what to do next.

I would recommend this software to any company that is looking to improve the teamwork in the company and to complete projects in time. It is definitely worth trying.

Brightpod has enabled our company to maximize the benefits of team work. Projects are completed in time and the projects are also dome in a more satisfactory manner. The software also generates reports that enable the members to know their progress in the project. Generally, though, I would say that this software is great in project management.

I love using brightpod to manage workflow. I work in a newsroom and we have internally and externally projects that are very time sensitive and involve a large number of people. Brightpod is simple and organized and allows me to manage my projects with ease.

BrightPod has most of the key features you're going to look for in a project management tool to take care of all the tasks and responsibilities that come up in your common projects with clients. Price isn't too bad to put a dent in your monthly income either.

I really wish it had some time tracking available within the lower priced tier. That's one of the things that's commonly missing from the lower tier PM apps. So, it's kind of expected.

As with any app, take advantage of the trial periods and poke around in there with the areas you think you'll use most. I've yet to find an app that has given me everything I've needed, so don't expect it. Find out the things it does well and determine your options for getting the other items taken care of through other methods or apps.

Just about any type of application or service you can put in place that makes it easier for you to stay in touch with clients and colleagues on a project is going to pay off for you. Keeping track of all the little strings that need to get pulled on a project at different times gets pretty crazy. Having an option like BrightPod available where you're not having to recreate lists to share with each different party as needed is a really time saver.
