What do you like best about Brex?I like how easy it is to access Brex and use it anywhere I go. The ability to easily reconcile my receipts is really helpful, and the initial setup was very quick. I also gave Brex a 10/10 for recommending to a friend or colleague.What do you dislike about Brex?One thing that's a bit of a hassle with Brex is dealing with places that only accept VISA and not MasterCard. It would be really helpful if they could ensure their point-of-sale systems accommodate both VISA and MasterCard.What problems is Brex solving and how is that benefiting you?Brex helps me manage purchases for company projects, ensuring there's food for people and essential equipment. It's easy to access and use anywhere, allowing me to reconcile receipts easily.

What do you like best about Brex?I find Brex relatively easy to use with a friendly interface. I appreciate the ease of getting API keys, which allowed me to stop opening the interface frequently. The online chat feature is great, and the team is very responsive, usually replying within minutes, which is really helpful.What do you dislike about Brex?I hate the separation into accounts and cards / wallet. For a startup with small operations, card is still "an account" and positive balances of accounts are netted against negative balances of cards. It would be so much easier to see them all in one placeWhat problems is Brex solving and how is that benefiting you?Brex handles all our banking needs, allowing easy payments, staff pay, and card creation. It's user-friendly with easy API access and responsive support, but reconciling accounts and cards could be simpler.

What do you like best about Brex?I really appreciate how Brex consolidates everything as soon as I use the card. It's super fast, with transactions and receipts popping up almost instantly, automating all of that directly into my email and texts. The speed is impressive—it's like one swipe of the card, and you get a notification to upload the receipt instantly. This process is way faster and more streamlined than any I've seen in years. Brex is incredibly convenient; it's easier and more accessible than any other app I've used. It's down to the seconds now, rather than hours spent manually processing expenses. Brex has essentially made other applications seem outdated.What do you dislike about Brex?I don't have any dislikes.What problems is Brex solving and how is that benefiting you?Brex automates expense tracking by instant receipt uploads, saving me hours on receipt management. It's faster and more convenient than other apps.

What do you like best about Brex?Brex simplifies paying contractors, consultants, and vendors. It also does a great job allowing me to manage employee spend via Brex cards. We also appreciate the ease with which Brex integrates with Quickbooks Online. I prepare the transactions and then our outside bookkeeping firm syncs Brex with QBO and is able to quickly and easily prepare our monthly financials. Customer support has been a strong point for Brex as well. I can easily connect with support and get the answers I need for my questions.What do you dislike about Brex?About 1 year ago I began to use Brex Bill pay. It didn't do a great job of recognizing invoices and correctly identifying invoice number, payment amount etc. Recently, though, that feature has been improved and I've begun using it again.What problems is Brex solving and how is that benefiting you?Brex solves two main problems. First, we needed an easy way to manage employee spending on travel, entertainment, etc. Brex has done a great job with this. It is easy for me to quickly and easily see how much each employee has spent and how much may be remaining. The second problem is easy expense payment. A large portion of our expenses are international contractors. We are able to use Brex to quickly and easily pay these contractors in multiple foreign currencies. Great experience.
