You can try Botgate platform for free first, once you see the hype in analytics, just pick a plan regarding your business objectives and needs. The Botgate team is super responsive so you feel them nearby all the time.

What problems is Botgate AI solving and how is that benefiting you?

If you have Botgate, you don’t need to care about time zones, why? Because thanks to its AI-based chatbot your site visitors always get their answers even if your whole sales team is offline. We increased our conversion rate up to almost 250%.

Great product, fantastic team

I was looking for a chatbot to optimize the workload of our sales team and sent inquiries to almost every chatbot/live chat company. They immediately answered my inquiry and set a meeting to understand our needs. I have to say, the Customer Success team was so helpful and they onboarded me right away. In just 5 business days, my lead generating and qualifying bot was ready. It increased the quality of the leads discernibly and the number of them 3x. Just in 3 months. Thanks for the great service!

Quick Fix for Lead Generation and FAQ Answering

Used the bot for lead generation and FAQ answering. I was skeptical at first but after seeing that we get fewer and fewer tickets for customer inquiries; am convinced of its effectiveness. Would recommend it to anyone looking to automate FAQs or use instead of web forms.

"BotgateAI, tool is great but support & development speed are suck"

What do you like best about Botgate AI?

The chatbot is excellent as it has many features, especially the playbooks.

What do you dislike about Botgate AI?

I hate the support they provide. So slow. When I needed help, no one was coming to help. When I was asking for any new feature updates, no response. When I ask for improvement, they take no action. Just a chat widget responsiveness, they didn't do it at all.

Recommendations to others considering Botgate AI:

If you are looking for a good chatbot, BotgateAI can fulfil your needs. But don't expect helpful support.

What problems is Botgate AI solving and how is that benefiting you?

Their chatbot is quite good, yet some bugs need to resolve. But, they took a very long time to fix one issue I reported before, and they did nothing for the following reports.
